1. Design Transfer and Ownership 

• Any character design you adopt is yours to use (within ToS limitations) once purchased, given for free or other transaction method if applicable.
• My character designs may be resold, traded or gifted. 
• The resold character design must match its original price if it does not come attached with additional artwork.
• The price of the resold character design can be increased if it comes attached with additional artwork.
• If a character design given for free, it is preferred if it remains free through trading or gifts, though putting a price on it is still allowed, and encouraged if additional artwork is attached.

2. Rights to Use

• Original character designs may be used for either personal or commercial uses, including, but not limited to use for creative media (e.g books, animated series, video games), using purchased designs as a template and/or part of fictional species (open or closed alike,) using purchased designs as virtual streaming avatars, and using purchased designs as mascots representing a group and/or a business.
• Use of character designs for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) image generation is strictly prohibited.
• Use of character designs to promote hateful content on real-life sensitive issues is strictly prohibited.

3. Modifications

• You may modify character designs that you purchase from me, but please include the original design if you plan to resell, trade or gift.

4. Payment

• Payment via Stripe in USD is preferred, as it is less strict than Paypal. Other payment methods may be considered, such as in-game currencies (for as long as the respective game allows it), gift card codes and subscription gifts (e.g Discord).
• All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.

Violation of these terms will result in denial of further services, and placement in a private blacklist.
