Art payment guidelines

Posted 8 months, 6 days ago by grifuja

1) After accepting an art payment, I will only start working on the figurine after I see at least a sketch. In the case of character trades, the characters must first be transferred to me (I will keep them on a separate folder and avoid developing until the part on my end is finished). WIPs will be sent as I progress. Do notice that the figurine will only be shipped once the art on your end is finished as well.

2) I will not provide a shipping fee, unless I directly tell you otherwise. If you want the figurine sent to your address, you must provide the fee (flat rate of $35 USD anywhere outside Brazil). You can still, of course, opt not to pay a shipping fee. In that scenario, you will get as many pictures as possible, with backgrounds of your choice. And in the scenario you cannot pay a shipping fee immediately, I will hold onto the figurine(s) until you are prepared to do so.

3) Upon shipment, packages are declared as gifts (I'm looking at you, EU customers; so when notified by customs, please select the option accordingly). This is specially important to avoid additional fees on customs inspection, although as far as I'm aware, people in the EU still get charged fees even for gifts.

Minors: For security reasons, I do not accept any cash payment directly from minors. Please speak to a parent, guardian or a friend older than 18 to help you with the shipping fee if needed.

So yeah, I think that's it. If I find any problems, this bulletin will be updated as needed. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions. Happy art-ing, y'all!
