By purchasing adopts from me you agree to the following terms and conditions, so please be sure to read them carefully!
Disregarging the rules may result in being blacklisted.
1. General Rules:
- As the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do with it whatever I wish. For example:
✧ Post/ display the picture anywhere I want (Giving you proper credit as the owner of the character)
✧ Promote myself with it in any place.
- Credit me [REIZOMA] as the designer of the character!
✧ You don't have to credit me everytime you create art of the character, but make sure to do so when it's appropriate.
✧ You can credit me by linking my Deviantart, Instagram or Toyhouse.
- I have every right to turn down your offer/claim to buy and have no need to explain my reasoning.
2. Purchasing:
- After purchasing you are free to edit the design, change it's species or change it into a closed species (If their T.O.S. allows you to do so.)
✧ However if you decide to sell the adoptable you have to sell every version that you created it with it.
- Only after receiving your payment will I sent you the files of your adoptable.
✧ The file will be sent through sta.sh.
✧ It is the customers responsibility to save the artwork to their computer as I clear out my Sta.sh frequently.
✧ The files will always be full resolution .Png
- All my prices are in EURO. If you are not sure how much that is in your currency make sure to use a currency converter to check.
- You have 24 hours to sent the payment after receiving the invoice. If you fail to pay within that time frame the adopt will be put up for sale again.
- If an adopt is sold with extra option make sure to clarify which option you want to buy.
✧ Purchasing extra art through these options means you'll have to adhere to my commission T.O.S.
✧ Extra art purchased with the adopt is automatically included in the invoice.
- I only accept PayPal.
- No refunds.
☆Purchasing [Set Priced] Adoptables:
Set priced adoptables are the adoptables that come with a already pre determined price.- You can only claim in the comment section of the desired set priced adoptable.
- After accepting your purchase claim I will ask you to DM me your paypal email and invoice you asap.
✧ I will never post a link and ask you to pay!
✧ I will never ask you to comment your paypal info!
- Set Priced adopts are always "first come, first serve" and hold the same no changing to other adopt once claimed rules as holds!
☆Purchasing [Auction] Adoptables:
Auction adoptables are the adoptables where the highest bidder wins.- You can only purchase the adoptable after winning the auction by being the highest bidder.
- Auctions close 24 hours after the last bid.
- Faking bids automatically results into being blacklisted.
3.Freebies:
- Freebies can only be acquired through Patreon or trading with someone who gained a freebie.
- After receiving you are free to edit the design, change it's species, change it into a closed species (If their T.O.S. allows you to do so.)
✧ However if you decide to sell/trade the adoptable you have to sell every version that you created it with it.
- It is not allowed to sell a freebie unless you have drawn or commissioned art for them. Please increase the price accordingely.
- It is allowed to trade a freebie.
✧ If you make sure the person you're trading with is aware that it is a freebie
- If you decide to sell the adoptable you have to sell every version that you created with it.
- It is allowed to gift a freebie.
- Reselling, trading and gifting is prohibited if it is someone who i've blacklisted.4. Holds:
- Non return customers have a hold limit of 10 days.
- Holding a set priced adopt requires a deadline
✧ After you fail to pay on the set date, the adoptable will be put back up for sale.
- You can only request a hold if you are certain you'll purchase the adopt in x amount of days or on the agreed to meet date.
✧ This also means no swapping to another (newer) adoptable.
- Auction holds are possible, but decided per customer. Return customers that have gained my trust have a higher chance of holds.
- I have every right to deny your request for a hold without explaining myself.
5. Reselling, trading and gifting:- Customers are allowed to resell, trade and gift adoptables with some exceptions.
✧ However if you decide to sell/trade the adoptable you have to sell every version that you created it with it.
✧ reselling, trading and gifting is prohibited if it is someone who i've blacklisted.
- Reselling is only allowed when:
✧ You purchased the character.
✧ You sell the adoptable for the same price or lower that you bought it for.
✧ If you want to resell the adoptable with extra art you created or that you commissioned you are free to increase the price accordingely.
✧ As long as the base price stays the same or lower no issues will be had.
- Trading is allowed.
- Gifting is allowed.
6. Payment plans:
- Payment plans are accepted from 100 EURO and up.
- A down payment of 25% is required. However the minimum is 50 EURO.
- An invoice with the total amount owed will be sent to the customer. You are expected to pay the minimum amount of 50 EUROS within 24 hours.
- After the down payment has been sent the rest of the owed payment has to be paid in the agreed upon time frame with a maximum of 4 months.
- Please be sure you are able to complete the payment in the agreed upon time frame! If you fail to complete the payment plan no money will be refunded and the adopt will be put up for adoption again!
- After completing the payment plan you will be sent the full resolution .PNG file and if apllicable other owed art in full resolution .PNG .
7. Co-Ownership:- Co-ownership is allowed, but all parties have to agree and abide by my t.o.s.
- I will not sent multiple invoice's but one single invoice to one of the co-owners, so make sure to discuss this with each other beforehand.
8. Commercial Use:- Personal use:
✧ Personal use means you are buying the adoptable for your own personal enjoyment and not to gain any profit through selling, promotion or merchandise. You are allowed to share the adopt and any created artwork by posting it on your own social media.
- Commercial use:
✧ Commercial use means you are buying an artwork to gain profit, whether it is to sell merchandise, for monetary purposes or to promote yourself etc.
- Commercial use:
✧ Tier 1 base prize: When the adoptable is for personal use only.
✧ Tier 2 prize x2: When the adoptable IS NOT the bulk of the product.
(e.g. Promotional material, social media artwork, game assets etc; including Patreon, Twitch, Youtube, store assets etc.)
✧ Tier 3 prize x3: When the adoptable IS the bulk of the product.
(e.g. Merchandise, prints, body pillows, postcards, stickers etc.)
9. Blacklist:
- If you fail to adhere to the Terms of Service, you will be added to my blacklist.
- Being added to my blacklist means you will no longer be able to purchase any type of art from me.
- You will be blocked.
- Your username will be made public with explanation to why you got blacklisted.
- It is not allowed to trade, sell or gift adoptables gained from me to people on the blacklist.
- Filing a chargeback also means you will be blacklisted, adoptables bought by you will be redestributed and you will no longer have ownership over anything purchased from me [REIZOMA]
