Ugh.

So, I have officially been unemployed for just over 3 months now. They just officially denied me unemployment (I have to call tomorrow to find out why), and now my water was shut off while I was out taking my grandma to her doctor's appointment. Things have been so stressful and on top of it all, this is just another thing added. I'm so tired of being slapped in the face every time I try to be positive. I've applied at so many places and I do not understand why I have been unable to find a job. I know I live in the middle of bumfuck nowhere, but you would think I would at least be able to just get a job at the 3 fast food places here. No dice. The next town over is minimum 30 minutes away, which I do not mind the commute, but again, suddenly no one is hiring. Everything just sucks right now, and I am grappling with my mental health. I just want to lay down and cry but I know, from experience, it's not going to do anything, and life doesn't care. If anyone maybe has any suggestions, advice, or if you work remotely and know your job is hiring, I would be grateful for anything. Thank you for reading, and I am so sorry if I have been annoying/whiny recently. I do not really have many people to talk to.

try looking at factories, theyre always hiring! tho thats because most of them suck and ppl quit weekly fsjklfds BETTER THAN NOTHING (i am trapped in factory work, good pay but ouuu)

they average like $16-20 an hour in my state and we have pretty low wages for non degree work

I have looked into a few and they’ve turned me down unfortunately. I’m truly not being picky or difficult when applying for jobs right now, so I don’t understand lol. I got a job faster when I was being picky last time I was job hunting which is blowing my mind 💀 But I will keep looking! It’s all I can do.

I'd recommend checkin' out a recruiter maybe to get you in some temp jobs! I don't know if you have one where you are, but I got my current job through AppleOne before my job hired me full time. I've also seen RobertHalf around too! Could be good places to start.

Thank you, Nano <3 I really appreciate the advice! I will check to see what's in my area ;u;
