please read through the terms carefully.

IF YOU ADOPT MY CHARACTER THAT'S MEANS YOU AGREED THIS T.O.S

these terms were last updated 02, 24, 2024.

The buyer can change my design appearance, name and personality. Redesigns are more than okay!
The buyer can change my design's From(Humanoid, Furry/Anthro/Feral/Species etc.)
The buyer can do RP, TRPG etc..with my design.
The buyer may resell purchased designs, whenever possible, please avoid the deletion of the character on toyhou.se. Resell to users who have toyhou.se accounts whenever possible.

Do not change my characters credit. please Do not claim my design as yours.
Do not modify my arts./design directly.
Do not Create a derived character.
Do not my design use it for business.
Do not use my designs to advocate hate, or for nefarious purposes.
Do not resell the raffle/gift/free adopt that I gave it.
Designs may not be resold for a higher price than they were bought for unless additional art is added.
My art and design should never be fed to used with Artificial Intelligence (AI) or used as an NFT.

Once the character has been sold, You CAN NOT ask me a refund.
As the producer of the design, I reserve the right to repost and publish artwork to promote myself, to display where I like and to post wherever I like.
Designs that have been awarded for free may not be resold unless the buyer has purchased artwork for the design in question, then it may be resold only for the value of the art.
Don't do anything rude to me by taking advantage of this TOS loophole. At least ask me about anything don't have in this TOS.
