I feel like it's time for me to update my tos as I wrote them when I had less experience in the art community. While they aren't terrible, there's a few things I'd like to change as well and add to help clarify certain issues. I'll be keeping them here and providing a link to them when I post adopts/comms in the future. Please make sure to read them as it's very important!! Depending what you are buying from me, one or all of these tos will apply to you. 

Note that breaking my tos doesn't instantly result in a blacklist, but you may receive a warning. However if it is a major offense then you will be immediately blacklisted. 

Commission TOS

-When purchasing commissions, you are required to send the payment within 72 hours or your slot will be canceled.

-All commissions are for personal use and you are not allowed to gain profit off of them in any way. This includes merchandise, comics, reselling for inflated values without adding any art. For commercial commissions, please specify to me beforehand if you wish to have your commission be commercial. Commercial prices are generally 2X the price of a regular comm.

-Chargebacks will result in an instant blacklist. If you find you have any issues regarding your commission please contact me first! I'm more than willing to offer a refund if the situation requires it. Please note that chargebacks and refunds will not be allowed once the art has been finished and delivered! I give multiple opportunities to fix/edit the comm to your liking!

-I will allow 2-3 major edits for commissions before charging an extra fee of 5-15$ depending on the change. Minor edits can be added up to 5 times.

-Please ask permission if you wish to edit my art in any way shape or form! You are allowed to crop my art for use of avatars or other decorative uses, but please make sure to properly credit it!

-I reserve the right to post any art I create wherever I wish. Proper credits will be provided to the owner of the design. If you wish to have your commission be private, please contact me!

Adopt TOS

-Chargebacks of any kind after delivery will result in the design being taken and resold. All sales are final. If you are dissatisfied with the design, then you may sell it.

-Adopts by default do not come with commercial use unless specified. You're free to ask for commercial use for non species designs, though will likely require an extra fee to use(fee varies depending on the design)

-One off designs can be freely edited without approval(Unless you directly edit my artwork, which I'd like to be asked before doing so). CS designs may require some items/approval beforehand to make sure the edits follow the traits correctly.

-You are allowed to sell/trade/ gift designs for any amount regardless of how it was originally obtained, though please be fair and try not to gouge people over my designs.

-Personal art is allowed to be added to the sale value of the design!

-Please make sure to credit me as the designer of the adopt! I'd prefer to be notified of ownership changes, but it is not required.

Wishwing TOS

-The  following tos applies to the wishwing species! Wishwing adopts made by  me also have the adopt tos applied to  them along with these terms. MYO  designs do not need to abide by my adopt tos and only these apply!

-You  are only allowed to create ONE wishwing per myo(Make your own) tickets.  Unauthorized use or sale of non existent tickets will result in a ban.

-You  are not allowed to have your wishwing based off of any cannon character  or other existing designs you do not  own! Inspiration is fine, but I  shouldn't be able to figure out what character you're using. Designs may  not be approved if they also depict any kind of inappropriate design or  message.

-You are allowed to create  wishwing aus of existing designs you own, but both designs MUST be sold  together. If you are not the original designer, then you must obtain  permission from them before making a wishwing au.

-All  wishwings have some kind of markings on their bodies. You are not  allowed to have a completely solid color wishwing! Be creative!

-You are allowed to freely change genders or not assign one at all without approval.

-You  are allowed to change patterns and  colors however the design must  still CLEARLY look like the original design. All edits not including  hair/eye color must be approved!  Depending on how drastic your edits  are, you may be required to purchase a trait changer, which is always  available for 5$ or 500 WT(Wish Tokens)(You may message me directly to  purchase one)

-Traits may be freely  swapped within their respective tier or below. For one major trait or  two minor traits, no items are required, for multiple major trait  changes a star shard may be required, which may be purchased in the  event shop for 5$ or 500WT

-You are  not obligated to follow any of the lore and free to create any kind of  story for your wishwing. You are also completely free to share that  story with other members and participate in events using your own lore.

-All  trades and resells must be reported to be official! Without confirming  ownership changes, the new owner won't be recognized until providing  proof of transfer. All changes should be commented on the masterlist page

All  items purchased from the event shop  will increase the resale value of  the wishwing when it is applied. A  guide for point to cash value.  100WT=1USD.
