♡I have the right to deny a commission for ANY reason

♡The commission may not be edited, traced, heavily referenced, recolored, copied, or redistributed, regardless if it was paid for

♡If you do not have a reference for a character design/etc there will be a fee included

♡Complicated designs, complicated fashion, complicated posing, or anything in general that will require more time/effort will also garner a custom fee depending on what you are asking for*

♡This does NOT include mobility or disability aids, such as hearing aids, wheelchairs, canes, walkers, etc

♡ MAKING NFTS OF MY ART IS PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING BLACKLISTED / BLOCKED

♡ USING OR UPLOADING MY ART INTO ANY AI PROMPTS/ AI PROGRAMS IS PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING BLACKLISTED / BLOCKED

PAYMENTS

♡Payment is 100% Upfront before the commission is started

REVISIONS

♡Free Revisions are only offered while the commission is in the Sketch Stage

♡Edits will cost a flexible $ fee after sketch unless it is a mistake on my part (such as forgetting part of oc such as earrings tattoos etc)

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

♡Typical Turnaround time is anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on queue, commission type, and details needed for commission*

♡Illustrations, when offered, have a turnaround time of 3-6 months. These will NOT have rush order fees available

♡Unwatermarked and Watermarked files will always be delivered through email or discord. With Unwatermarked vers, there will be a smaller signature that is not to be removed through any use of editing

USE

♡You are more than welcome to print personal use copies of my work to decorate your home, use them as your personal wallpapers, use them as Icons or Banners, and so forth

♡You are more than welcome to use Custom Designs made by me to their fullest as OCs, such as- commissioning additional work, drawing your own work, roleplaying, writing unlicensed / unmonetized stories, and so on

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

♡ I retain the right to edit, crop, post, and modify your commission to use as a promo/reference image for other posts regarding commissions or to post the finished product to my page in general. If you do not wish for me to post and/or use you commission in any way, there will be a $ fee

♡You have the right to post your commission to any website of your choosing, as long as I am properly credited (Icon, Banner, Toy house, etc) 

♡You cannot use the commission in any forms of marketing, unless a Commercial Rights Fee is Attached. This includes, but is not limited to, Brand Accounts, Website Layouts, Advertisements, Partnered Streaming, Monetized Videos, etc

REFUNDS

♡Commissions are nonrefundable after sketch is approved by commissioner

♡Refunds are only plausible if I offer; in which, if a sketch has not been made, you will receive 100% of the payment back. Once sketching has started, you can get up to 70% back, with the amount declining as the process continues on
