- You are free to do whatever you want with the designs provided by this account. Read TOS of character at TOS tab gallery.

- All my OC/Adopt or characters have licenses. If you don’t have a license, you don’t have the right to use these kids.

- Once the character has been sold, You CAN'T ask me a REFUND.

- You can trade, gift or resell my designs, but not for higher than what you paid for it, unless it has more art added (not including gifted art)

- Do not resell the designs for more unless there's added artwork.

- If you paid a commissions them you can additional price. it's okay (Not counting commissions yous draw)

- If we catch you reselling a design for more than its actual value, you will be blacklisted from getting future designs from us. (Block)

- Do not back out from sales adopts. This will result in a Block from us.

- You MUST be a subscriber if you want to obtain any of the free characters or raffles posted on this account.

Plans/ Holds/ Deposit

- Installment plan max 3 months +15% / The worth of the character you offer, auction.

- The fee is not included with the kids’ worth, and the buyer must take responsibility.

- Reservation is valid for up to 3 days. If payment is not made within 3 days, the reservation will be considered void

- 85% Deposit of worth/character price. Accept kids immediately!

- If exceed the payment deadline, I’ll retrieve the character, blacklist you permanently and will be no refunds for previous payments.
