This post consists of my Commission and Adoptable Terms of Service. I will update when I see fit.

COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICES AND USAGE

•Commissions are to be paid for in USD currency via PayPal, and I will request payment prior to starting the order. For each order, I will invoice the buyer, then send files once the order is complete.
•I retain the right to turn down a commission at my own discretion or if I feel I may not be qualified.
•I retain full rights to the work, and reserve the right to use the work in portfolios, galleries, etc.
•You may not edit, repost, trace, recolor, or make profit from my art without my permission. Referencing certain aspects such as posing is fine, as long as credit is given or if you are using the work for personal use/not profitting, though.
•The art is for personal use ONLY unless specifically discussed beforehand. This includes using it on your page, as an avatar, or in your character's gallery with proper credits. If you wish to use it anywhere else, please ask permission first.
•I will not do bulk commissions unless negotiated beforehand. Anything exceeding 5 items at a time will be subject to review or rejection.
•A commissioner always has the right to inquire about the progress or status of their commission, and request WIPs.
•After I have finished your commission, you can't ask for a full refund. However, if I make an error in your commission, you are welcome to ask me to change it. If I am unable to complete your commission, I will refund you as promptly as possible and notify you.
•If an emergency or unforeseen situation comes up, I will always notify a commissioner and may issue a full refund to a commission if it is dire enough.
•You may, under no circumstance, purchase art for users or persons I have personally blacklisted privately. If you are worried, feel free to inquire if your order falls under this and I'll let you know.
•A blacklisted user may ONLY use valid artwork (meaning not including my own characters) they have acquired from me beforehand, and cannot acquire new art OR designs from me. Users attempting to get designs or art from me for users who are blacklisted under the table will be blacklisted.
•If you breach my terms of usage for my artwork multiple times, I may add you to my personal private blacklist at my own discretion.
***Note: blacklisted users are always users that I have blocked OR they have blocked me (this automatically blacklists you). I do NOT condone harassment of these persons, BUT I will not allow new artworks, my bases, or my adopts to be granted to these users UNLESS they owned them prior to blacklisting.

ADOPTABLE AND DESIGN TERMS OF USAGE

•I retain the right to turn down and reject an offer or unlist a design at my own discretion.
•I retain full rights to the original artwork, and reserve the right to use the work in portfolios, galleries, etc.
•Once payment or offer for a design is fulfilled, the design will be yours to use for personal use only. (If you'd like to purchase the commercial rights to a design, contact me privately and we can discuss it)
•Regarding adult or NSFW content, you are absolutely permitted to use my designs for adult or NSFW content as long as the owner and the design are both over the age of 18. I do not authorize adult content of my designs if the characters are minor(s) or if the design owner(s) is a minor.
•Please don't claim that you made the design and give credit when posting the original file. If posted on Toyhou.se, please credit my Toyhou.se (ZarozAestoth) and avoid deleting the design in order to keep the ownership log accurate.
•Please don't drastically change the design from the original without letting me know first (As long as it looks at least 60% similar to the original design, then changes are fine.) Hairstyle changes, clothes, gender change, or skin color does not count as a drastic change.
•If a design is part of a personal species project I own and you'd like to make them a non-species, just let me know and then you are welcome to redesign them. However, I prefer to not have my designs converted to other closed species, so I'd like you to ask me beforehand if you want to convert them to some form of other creators' closed species.
•You can gift or trade my designs to friends or other people.
•You can resell them if you purchased them with money and/or if you commissioned works of the design, but please do not sell for more than you bought it for. If you purchased additional artwork of the design, you can add on the price of the commissioned piece(s) to the total resale value.
•If you rehome a design by me, I'd prefer you notify me if possible just so I can keep track.
•You may, under no circumstance, purchase adopts for users or persons I have personally blacklisted privately. If you are worried, feel free to inquire if a person you are purchasing for falls under this and I'll let you know.
•A blacklisted user may ONLY use valid adopts (meaning not including my own characters) they have acquired from me beforehand, and cannot acquire new art OR designs from me. Users attempting to get designs or art from me for users who are blacklisted under the table will be blacklisted.
•If you breach my terms of usage for my designs multiple times, I may add you to my personal private blacklist at my own discretion.
***Note: blacklisted users are always users that I have blocked OR they have blocked me (this automatically blacklists you). I do NOT condone harassment of these persons, BUT I will not allow new artworks, my bases, or my adopts to be granted to these users UNLESS they owned them prior to blacklisting.. In addition to this, I will automatically blacklist anyone who violates the adult content rule, as I have a 0 tolerance policy for any adult content exposure to/of minors.
