The following TOS/Terms of Use can be found on all of my designs' ownership pages under Design Terms of Use (Global Rules). This bulletin serves to make it more visible to a wider range of people interested in owning a design made by me.

Upon acquisition of this character/design, the new owner MAY : 

• freely redesign/revamp the character/design
• freely gift or trade away the design
• resell the design for a price lower than or equal to the initial price paid (if received for free/trade: first clause under "may not" still applies)
• use this character however they wish without fear of sudden revocation*

*Ideally, the new owner MAY NOT:

• resell for a price higher than what was initially paid until at least one additional art piece that the owner purchased with real currency has been added to the character
• use this character to express sincere bigoted views (i.e. not within a fictional universe; "unironic")
• use this character in artwork/stories where morally/legally reprehensible NSFW acts are taking place, including (but not limited to in case I missed something):
• • CSA, rape, incest, zoophilia, or necrophilia

*I, WishUponACzar, the designer, hold no right to revoke and refund ownership of character designs without giving a direct prior warning to the new owner that this action may be taken, unless complete payment or terms of an art/design trade are unfulfilled or fraudulent (the new "owner" would not have legally owned the design to begin with in this case, having committed theft or fraud; the design would have still been my property). Use of my designs in ways I personally don't like will result in me simply not/no longer associating with the design's new owner, or blocking/addition to a private blacklist for the worst offenses. If I must speak out about the actions of a design's new owner, I may do so in extreme cases, or if asked about it by an outside viewer to provide clarification; the new owner is responsible for any backlash they receive for publicly posting artwork I, as well as the general public, may express disapproval of (listed above).

Footnotes: I also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason or lack thereof. Even if someone meets an AB criteria for example, I do not have to sell them a design and may instead sell to the next person who meets that criteria.

Additionally, I usually try to vet people before handing designs out so something unpleasant doesn't happen to my design. Despite this, some people may slip through the cracks, or the design may leave the hands of whoever I trusted. Therefore, someone owning a design made by me or having artwork made by me attached to any character DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY MEAN I approve of their actions, words, artwork, use of the design, or them as a person. In cases where I disapprove of someone or their use of my design, I may have already tried to get the character back, but was unsuccessful and they therefore still have the design. However, I also don't always have the mental energy or legal means to pursue blacklisted people who own my designs so I may just not take any action other than a silent block/blacklist. Just to reiterate, I don't automatically condone the actions of those who own my designs OR what they do with my designs.
