Custom info:
- When asking for customs, you give me full permission to add the customs into my Custom examples, whether I use it there or not.
- Customs CAN be used for commercial use, we don't mind, just keep us in CREDIT for the design.

Art Permissions:
- When getting an art piece done by us, you give me permission to use your art we did for you as examples.
- Depending on the art, each piece either traded for or bought, still has the money price of them attached. You can choose whether to keep the price or not if traded, but if bought, NO EXCEPTIONS. You have to add price if physically bought/purchased. (In case you resell/trade, it adds onto worth price)

Myo/Adopt info:
- Myos from my species or any species I'm admin in, will have to be used at some point. You don't need my permission to trade them. Just keep me updated on who they go to.
-Also let me know if anything happens with said myo, such as: 'The person who I traded the myo to deleted the myo slot, should I be worried?' > I'd say you get the myo back unless it was used or the person let's me know they still have it and is planning to use it< or 'I would like to get rid of this myo slot for [insert purposes], can I resell or raffle it?' >Yes, resale will be different for each species, and raffling is fine<
- In adopt concept, keep my credit to the design and art. You can colorpick for similar design, but please no copying unless different form for specific character.
- You CAN raffle off any adopts you got from me, but you CANNOT ask me for any return of what you used to purchase. (If in money, no. Art, maybe. Customs, no)

Redesign/Other+ information

- DO NOT REDESIGN CHARACTERS WE MADE WITHOUT PERMISSION (Faced that in the past and will not tolerate it anymore)
- If a character you own is a part of our personal species or is hybrid, ASK US PERMISSION for redesigning out of species or making design similar. Because we put a good amount of work into what we make.
- Customs/Myo designs count if we at least colored.
- Designs by us WILL NOT be miscredited OR even not credited. For example: linking us not by our th user and instead our link doesn't count as keeping to terms with our TOS, whether you don't like me or not. I need to know what's happening with my designs.
(Exceptions: If I didn't give you my user/didn't have user when images/designs were given)
- Customs and personally made designs are made with the use of MY TIME, so if you don't respect this area of my TOS, we'll then you have 5 different chances to change before we will blacklist you from our designs. We are not being rude or picky, we just don't like being used for things and not being credited for it in the right way.

People who are here, we prefer not to interact with over free customs/art and/or offers on characters because of reasons.
Also, if your user is here, I promise it's not a permanent stay. I just want to clarify that greylist doesn't ban you from collecting/using my designs, no, it's just a thing for me to think over people, as I will not go into detail here over whatever happened for you to be on the list.

People, you know what this is. These people are BANNED FROM COLLECTING MY DESIGNS (EVEN IF REDESIGNED).
Permanent unless you show actual change or explain your side (as we normally do change our mind a bit when it comes to hearing the explanation instead of being left to assume things.)
