Ello ! If you are uncertain about anything listed here please do not be afraid to ask me ! Please contact me via Discord as I am a lot more active there and can reply within 24hrs.
All coding edits MUST be done with WYSIWYG OFF and Code editer ON, this can be edited in display settings as none of my codes are tested to be WYSIWYG friendly and will likely break if turned on.

You may ;
- Modify my codes to whatever your heart desires!
- Feel free to change ANYTHING included in my codes so that it may satisfy your preferences. Fonts, colors, layouts, sections, backgrounds & anything else I'm fine with being changed. Feel free to @ me with the edited version of the code as I would LOVE to see what you've come up with!
- Frankenstaining any of my F2U codes

You may fuse any of my F2U codes with your or other codes so long as all of the parties involved give permission and are credited appropriately.
Please do not frankenstein large sections of my P2U codes. Tiny snippets [ Music players, banners, etc ] are allowed to be fused from P2U codes that you've purchased. - Reference or take inspiration from any of my codes.

You are completely allowed to reference any of my public codes! [ Both F2U & P2U ]
However, I will ask that you do not blatantly rip off parts from the original code to add to your own with little to no edits to make it considered original work. If you are concerned about the originality of your code, don't be afraid to send me a message via Discord.
If you knowingly take heavy inspiration from my codes, adding credit that is linked back to the code you referenced is highly encouraged! - Use a code designed for Characters and edit it to be used for users [ And vice versa ]

You are completely allowed to edit any of my codes [ Both F2U & P2U ] to be suitable for a user, character, or even folder layout so long as it's for personal use ONLY.
I am not strict on how any of my codes are used so long as you keep the altered version personal!
[ I will not offer assistance to codes that are being edited for a different layout, if the code ends up breaking and troubleshooting it does not work, please grab a fresh copy and start again. ] - Use a P2U code that you've purchased for your alt account[s]
- Purchasing a P2U code and using it on an alt is completely allowed so long as you message me with proof that the alt is you beforehand. If you place a P2U code on an alt without notifying me I may give you a warning as I would like to avoid people handing out any of my P2U codes to mutuals / the public for free.
You Cannot ;
- Completely remove my credits
- Please do NOT completely remove any of my code's credits. Moving or altering my credit link to fit the theme you are aiming for is allowed so long as it stays visible to all users.
- Redistribute my P2U codes / private customs to other users

Do not give unauthorized users copies of my codes. If a user is interested in a P2U code, please provide a link back to the profile so they may purchase it themselves. ANY codes that were purchased by you must be for personal use only.
Sharing a P2U code or private custom [ edited or not ] will result in you being blacklisted from using any of my codes. - Redistribute any of my F2U codes for profit
- Do not take a F2U code of mine, alter / frankenstein it, and sell it to a community / fandom or any users. Any edits of my F2U codes MUST remain free.
- Use ANY of my codes off-site
- All of my codes are made to be used on Toyhouse ONLY. If you want to reference a code here to be used off-site I will not stop you. But please let it be altered so it can be considered original work and for personal use. It is highly encouraged that you add a link back to the code you've referenced for credit.
Misc ;
- I do not offer refunds on P2U codes
- I do not offer refunds for any of my P2U codes, as I am unable to revoke access to any of them. As a user, you are responsible for whatever purchases you make even if the code is made for premium users only and you're unable to pay the subscription making the CSS P2U code unuseable.
- If you are editing a code and notice a bug / mistake, please notify me!
- I am currently a beginner coder and might make some mistakes in my codes, so if you are editing any code of mine and you notice a mistake in either the notes or the code itself, please message me about it and I will fix it as soon as possible!
- If you are a CSS editor, feel free to use any of my F2U codes for previews of your CSS!

If you are a CSS editor and are looking for codes to include in your previews, please help yourself to any of my F2U codes ! I ask that you do not use any of my P2U codes in previews UNLESS you have purchased it for personal use and notified me beforehand.
I also ask that if you do use any of my codes for previews, you add a credit link back to the code ! - When editing my codes, use th.circlejourney.net

I highly recommend Circlejourney's live coding editor when using my codes as I use it myself for pretty much all of my codes ! Do note that not everything will be completely functional when converting the code from the code editor and onto Toyhouse as some lists of code may be unlisted / unresponsive.
I do NOT know if any of my codes are Safehou-se compatible at all, so I don't suggest using that editor when editing my codes.
