I CANT GO WRONG WITH MY CLASSIC Cyrus and Dante started out as like a "haha if i ever actually start making Discordia proper they'd be shipped lol" and then it became the most obvious thing and their dynamic is really cool....... theres so much about them. The contrast between them, the blue and red, the serious and smug, the parallels to Caelestialis and Rotian's tragic yaoi. They are my wonderful boys and don't fail to make me happy :)

Other favourite yaois include Vaast and his angel boyfriend because funny and tragic, and Sinclair who stops functioning around a lot of men (and tbf gals too oops)

Quin is my main "Spidersona" who arose from me thinking about classic tropes that Spider-Man series employ. He's a more extreme version of someone pretending to be a Spider, allowed due to multiversal shenanigans and such, not being the Spider of his own universe. He's going through a whole crisis around that because he actually enjoys what he's doing but knows the truth is going to come out some day. Also it's because I thought it was a really neat coincidence that Gwen sounded like the first part of Quentin BUT I HAD TO BURY THE LEAD A BIT LOL. I love him so much and I'm glad I have his little Symbiote AU where he can actually be happy after his story completes in a bad ending. Vein is a silly pathetic little thang and they're a perfect duo. He's part of a whole story concept with misplaced villains from various universe trying to take down the Spider Society (which among other things includes my boy Hobgoblin 2099 and a Kraven who's hunting down Spiders across dimensions >:])

THE REST OF EM (the Leafverse ones) originated from me getting inspired and making my own interpretations of characters, taking from different sources and making my own designs. HONESTLY it started with me loving the little-shit punk-rocker Electro from the Snapcube PS4 Spider-Man and wanting to put that in an actual version of him. It then spiralled out of control with my Scaramouche Genshin ass theatre kid Mysterio, a Morbius who actually has DRIP and barely had agency in his vampire stuff, and whatever the hell I did with Scorpion (my excuse is that I love Scorpions in a lot of Spiderverses :] so he gets to suffer in particular). It starts out a lot more light-hearted and then just descends into the horror of losing yourself or watching your loved ones lose themselves OOPS it's hard to elaborate on them since they're sorta an on and off focus for me... they do have some written stuff on my tumblr (under the 'spider man leafverse' tag) and a fic on my AO3.

OK SO that whole thing is a currently-still-vague concept for a visual novel, with a sorta Victorian-Era Fantasy like setting?? Just to satiate my desire to make a story in a setting like that. I'm still debating on specifics but Viviette is a girl from a noble family who is probably definitely cursed in some way, and thus is pretty sheltered and nearly always stuck in the house. She has a brother who's name I forgot, who's the heir of the family. They're the playable characters.

Each character I have concepts for currently have major roles. Adair is a housekeeper, Montague is a bitter and angry prince who wants to kill SOOOO badly, and there's a few others too who aren't on here. There's still a lot of work to be done but it gives me an excuse to have a story with certain characteristics I enjoy :)

OKAY so Saator has always been much more passive than the other Darkin, even back when they were normal Ascended.

He was a priest in Shurima before being chosen for Ascension, and continued similar duties up until the fall of Shurima. Blah blah Darkin history moment, he avoided being mind controlled by Xolaani due to being passive as hell and knowing he isn't as strong as the rest of the Darkin. Blah blah they get trapped in their weapons (and in Saator's case, the bell he channelled his powers through) and Saator is placed somewhere in what is now Noxus, eventually being found by uhhhh someone (probably the Black Rose or similar). The rest is history as he eventually takes a host and leaves the capital with Sinclair's mother.

He's probably considered a coward by the other (more aggressive) Darkin though, despite being similar in power, simply because he would rather follow the strongest than lead. This would've gotten worse as the Darkin were corrupted. Saator also took to altering his body with hemomancy, but rather than turn to harm or mind control, he kept to his own business, although no longer as any kind of priest. Most have a slight dislike for him, but given the opportunity he's a useful asset. He isn't the same kind of coward they consider Xolaani.

At this point, none of the other Darkin have met Saator or Sinclair in the modern day, but the other Darkin would most likely assume Sinclair is the host, and that Saator was either too weak or cowardly to take over their body, since their situation is one-of-a-kind. Sinclair is still in their Steven Universe situation oopsie
