For my very first bulletin, I'd like to announce the fact I'm opening an adopt raffle! The design to win in question:

-If any mutuals wish to get more entries but already faved all the characters in the suggested folders, I will make public most of my ocs to give them the chance to get additional entries and be on equal footage with any participants! (if anyone actually enters LOL)
