rejection sensitivite dysphoria really, really sucks

i know the person meant no harm or ill will and i understand where they're coming from, and they even said in not a rude way, but the feeling that comes after is not really the best to experience

it's literally a mundane thing why the hell did I feel unwanted even tho that's not the case 💀
