Please read everything, as this is meant to protect both you and I from unfair practices or scams and make the process as smooth and agreeable as possible for everyone.

Design/Adopt Policies:

-Upon purchasing one of my designs, they are yours to do what you wish with - You may change the species, edit the design, or change any included background information/characteristics, as long as it is still recognizable as my design. 

-You may not create a species out of my designs, open or closed, as most often they are based off of the species of my own personal worlds. You can, however, use the character in any of your own writing or story development.

-You may trade or gift any of my designs, but you are not allowed to resell - I don't want people to buy my designs just so they can sell them off somewhere else immediately after.

-Each design will come with a transparent .png file and .png files with black and white backgrounds unless specifically stated otherwise.

Commissions:

-I can draw nsfw and limited gore, but I am not comfortable with drawing excessive amounts of blood and viscera and some kinks, listed here. 

-The limit on how long I will take to complete a work will vary greatly with how complex a design or request is, but generally it should not take more than 3 months if I have enough time to work on art during that period. Simple sketches will take about a day, clean colored linework of simple species w/ limited shading will take about 3 days, and fully shaded works with complex backgrounds and designs with very complex or unusual body structures, colors or patterns that I have no experience with will take much longer.

-I am a lot more comfortable with drawing anthros/ferals and have little experience drawing humans, so please keep that in mind - I can attempt draw humans, but it will take a lot longer and will impact the price.

-Remember to credit me for the artwork.

-I will send you a series of rough sketches of your commission before I go any further to confirm whether or not you like the pose, design, background, etc., and allow you to choose which sketch you'd like to move forward with. If none are chosen, I will repeat the process up to two more times. After you have chosen which sketch will be used, you may request any number of edits to be made to the sketch. I will then send you a cleaned version of the chosen sketch option and you may request any final changes to the composition at this time - you are only allowed two major compositional changes (background setting, pose, clothing, etc.), while changes to minor details will be unlimited (basically, anything that would only take a couple minutes to fix/edit). Anything revisions past this point will cost extra money dependent upon how difficult the revisions are and how long they will take, so be sure to be as specific as possible with your wants and requirements at the early stages.

Payment and Refund Policies:

-I will only accept payment through Paypal, with all prices listed in USD.

-I will not begin working on art until payment is received.

-For large payments (excluding the price of an adopt) I will split up the payment into half before, half after - This means you must make a down payment of half of the total price before I will begin working, and must pay me the other half after I finish the sketching stage and before I move into the final stage. 

-I will never ask the buyer to cover the transaction fee. It is against Paypal's policies to directly ask someone to cover the transaction fees. You may pay them if you'd like, but I cannot, and will not, force you or demand them from you. With that said, any extra money that you voluntarily add to your payment will be counted as a tip, and will be greatly appreciated.

-I will not give refunds for anything, including adopts, commissions, etc. unless otherwise stated or offered directly from me.

-The only time I will give a refund is if it has taken me an extremely long time to finish a commission - This does not mean I will give you a refund if you have been waiting for only a week. Please remember that I do have a life and other obligations and cannot be working on art 24/7, but I will try my utmost best to finish things in a timely manner. For example, if it takes me 6 months to finish something with an estimated 2 week turnaround, I'd be willing to give a refund because that's completely my own fault, but please communicate with me first if something is taking a while and I will try my best to finish it soon. Alternatively, I will offer a refund if I cannot complete a request for any reason - lacking motivation to work on a character because I don't know how to handle a request, any sort of mental issue that prevents me from working on the character such as feelings of anxiety or stress, or a sensitive subject matter that I am not capable of dealing with at that moment in time, such as works relating to dark content matter like suicide or drug abuse. Please remember that I am still learning the limits of my capabilities, but I will warn you beforehand if I may have any problems with your request. 

General Information:

-I have Asperger's Syndrome, a syndrome on the Autism spectrum, which makes it so that my messages may be short and curt or worded oddly, or extremely detail-oriented, exact and formal. It's not a case of being unfriendly, it's just how my mind processes information and I may not even realize that something seems strange at times, so please keep that in mind - I will try my best to work through it, but please allow for some potential issues. If you act aggressively towards me, it may cause me to freeze up and ignore your messages or request as I do not respond well to it.

-I am a college student double majoring in Spanish and Art, which takes up quite a bit of my time. Please be patient and wait as I may not have any time to work during the week except for the weekend, which may be taken up by further assignments and essays and studying. I will send you a message if I am being particularly overloaded with work to warn you of potential setbacks in finishing your commission and if it will end up being finished later than expected. I will limit the amount of commissions I take to avoid this problem, but it may still occur, so please be prepared.

-Feel free to contact me at any point for progress updates, as I will be completely transparent and tell you exactly where I am in the process, including whether or not I've started it yet.

-Please remember to be friendly, I'm trying my best and if I upset you in any way I am genuinely sorry. I will try my best to fix the issue and ensure that we both feel comfortable with the arrangement. If I do not feel comfortable at any time due to aggressive, abusive or unfriendly behaviour, I reserve the right to stop work on your commission at any time without the possibility of a refund.
