If you adopt a design from me

About buying:

• Payment should occur within 24 hours. I am open to discussing delayed payments, but if not discussed prior, 24h rule applies. Please discuss such things with me right after claiming.

• You are free to make a character based on that design.
• You are free to upload the original drawing to other sites, given you credit me with a direct link to my deviantArt or toyhou.se page.
• Do NOT claim the work as yours, this will result in a permaban from all my social media.
• You are prohibited from selling, altering or editing the original drawing of the adoptable that I made.
• You are free to change the hairstyle, outfit and other minor details as you see fit.
• You are free to decide a gender/sex for your purchased adoptable, if the gender/sex is ambigious. Please don't change clearly male characters into female sex and vice versa.
  • This excludes Araqis, which are either strictly male or female. Their sex cannot be changed due to their hierarchy and rarity.

• Reselling my designs is allowed, however only for as much or less than you have paid me! _{(i.e. you bought an adopt from me for $30, you can only resell it for $30 or less)}
  • If you have commissioned art for the design you want to sell, you can raise the value of your adopt. I trust you, that you don't overvalue it to make profit off my designs!
  • Regarding Customs: You can trade and resell your customs for the price you purchased it for!
  • If you registered your character on toyhou.se, pass the creator role to me.

If you purchase a commission from me

• If you purchase a commission from me, you are free to upload the finished drawing to other sites, given you credit me with a direct link to my deviantArt or toyhou.se page.
• No commercial use unless commissioned for such.
• Do NOT claim the work as yours, this will result in a permaban from all my social media.
• You are prohibited from selling, altering or editing the original drawing.
• When commissioning me, you are granted one free edit. Major or any further edits during drawing process or after completion will be charged. 
• No refunds unless I happen to be unable to finish the commission at all, then I will refund it myself.
