i usually make adoptables based on whatever i feel like drawing at the time. but i really want to take suggestions! themes, creatures, motifs, whatever... I want to know what people prefer bc i can recognize my preferences are a lil crazy for cocoa puffs.
i have been wanting to make and draw more adopts, aside from the bonus of making a bit of cash it genuinely brings me so much insane serotonin when i see people using and loving the designs ive made for them. i avidly check on the designs ive sold/traded just to see what art / story people make for them.
let me know though, whats your guys preferences when buying or looking at adopts? :D

I uh, like guya lol. It's either cute and elegant or both rather than cool if the makes sense.
I like themed adopts rather than random pretty ones, though my mind may make a theme up for even random ones. I adore monstrous humanoids and body horror! Something about the contrast between a pretty face and messed up other places appeals to me haha.
Not sure if it count as monter, but I love automata and androids too. And plushes.

ROBOTS............ robots consistently make me froth. I also think horror-inspired designs tend to be fun but I deadass don't entirely know what I mean by horror-inspired
Otherwise, my preferences flux. General themes off the top of my head if u need ideas tho incluuude: medieval, fairies, deep sea and those tanky diving suits, waitresses, sun + moon, bugs, road signs, etc. ummmm
in terms of designs i actually adopt, i unfortunately stay inconsistent bc im sporadic 😔 I usually aim to get designs that give me inspo, esp if I feel I could incorporate them with my other goobers. The designs that give me inspo tho vary bc there are designs I see, that I don't imagine myself ever actively pursuing (like they don't have themes I particularly care for or would request), but when I see them, I get ideas on what I feel they're like and I'm like aw shit here we go again.Â
OFC I am not above getting designs just bc they r pretty tho bc I have a fair share of those
