how do you plan your writing?

i dont- i just get a blank page and start whatever i wannt to do

i usually go off ideas! i mentally plot stuff, like for the thing im working on i have bunny go on a flying trip with her gf, and i planned that out a while ago but when i was writing i had a spur-of-the-moment idea to add things and plot stuff yknow?
On occasions, I manage to write out a plot I’ve let simmer in my mind for like a month at least, sometimes,,
