- ART AND DESIGN TERMS OF SERVICE -

by commissioning me or owning one of my designs you agree to all terms

• Do not sell my designs for a higher amount than you got them. ex. If you get one of my designs for 5$ but the original price is $10, you may not sell for the original price only the amount you got them for. 

You may sell for higher If they have commissioned art, or art drawn by you (only If you already have set prices for your art, quick doodles and draw-overs do not count. Free art does not add to the price)

• Do not claim you got an artwork from me higher than the price you got it for. ex. If I have a sale and sell a bust for $10, even if my original price for one is $20, you can only add the price you bought it for

• Do not sell my designs off-site, If advertising off-site you must add a link to the Toyhouse page of the character

• Do not do heavy redesigns of my designs, example for reference is down below. Feel free to send me a message to approve your redesign if you are unsure (I don't think I did a super good job at displaying it anyways)

• My art and designs (regardless if it is a redesign or not the original art for the design) are never to be sold as NFTS or sold for cryptocurrency

• When sharing my art please give clear credit to me (Moryii , or a link to my toyhouse), when using my design in any sort of video or game etc. please provide me credit for the design

• I do not do adopt or art refunds, please make sure you want to buy from me beforehand

• Do not claim you are the designer or creator of any of my designs or art, even if redesigned

• Do not edit any of my art without permission, even if it's a small change

• Do not use any of my designs or art in raffles, WTA's, DTA's, or any sort of contests

• If you obtain one of my designs through trade, digital currency, etc. you may not sell for actual money unless there is added worth of art 

(commissioned art, or art drawn by you (only If you already have set prices for your art, quick doodles and draw-overs do not count. free art does not add to the price)

• You may not give my designs to anyone on my blacklist or anyone who is a known/if you know they are a p*dophile, z**phile, r*cist, pro-shipper, etc. (please ask me if they are something diff from the listed things and you are unsure)
