i haven't updated this thing since 2021, it needed polishing...
changes:
- added that you may ask for turnaround times if curious
- changed my lists of will + won't draw (i offer NSFW commissions now!)
- i added more elaboration on my design TOS
- added specifications for monetary + trade value on designs
- i now offer an emergency sale request if you're in a financial emergency
- i specified that you're fully welcome to edit my art to reflect redesigns if wanted
- i now overtly offer expedited deadlines for commissions or owed art! i've always offered this but it's always been by client request rather than an explicit thing i offer
- just general formatting polishing to make it easier to read/digest
