How do you feel about character update notifs?

Hello! I'm going around and making sure everyone is updated. I'm switching to a new character code since I didn't like the big, blue empty space. So here's my question to you all. Do you like or hate getting notifs of updated character profiles?

I like them! and I'm happy to receive notifications when someone does stuff with their ocs, finished some writing etc.

the only thing I don't like is when someone constantly does that with an ad and adopts. once in a while is alright but daily is a bit much and usually makes me turn of notifications.

Same with the ads and adopts T_T I don't think blocking the character page stops the update notif either. It makes me happy seeing when a characters gets an update x3

I love this website because everyone has similar passions to me in designing/collecting characters and then giving them little backstories and things, so I love to see what everyone is doing to keep adapting their characters over time. ^^
