I'm having to copy-paste my terms of service a lot these days, so I thought it would be nice to have them all in one place ^

General ToS

• You may post and reshare my art on any online platform if and only if you credit me with a link. My Linktree contains a list of all my active accounts. If I am active on the platform you're posting on, I would prefer it if you could link to my account on that platform; otherwise, linking to my Linktree, Toyhouse, or DeviantArt would be optimal.
  • For Fandom wikis, I am only active on Warriors Fanfiction Wiki and A Plethora of Fantasy Wiki. If you're posting my art on another wiki, please link to one of my active fandom userpages or one of my other active accounts (Linktree, Toyhouse, or DeviantArt) instead.
• I will be signing my name in the corner by default. Do not crop out my signature or attempt to remove it when posting my art anywhere. 
  • You may not request a version without the signature.
• I have the right to share any art/design I make for you on a social media platform should I choose to do so. (You will be credited as the owner with a link ofc)
• Under no circumstances is my art allowed to be traced or copied. 
• Personal use only. Absolutely no using my work for anything that might turn up a profit, whether for virtual or real life currency.
  • The only exception to this is reselling designs (see below).
• Do not associate any of my work with politics or sexually explicit topics. Do not use my work to support discrimination.
• Do not use any of my work for AI or NFTs.
• This bulletin may be updated as I see fit.
• I will revoke your right to my work if and only if you break any of the rules listed on this bulletin page.

Adopt ToS

• All terms from above apply to my adopts.
• You may not claim to be the creator of the design, only the owner. 
• You must either credit me with a link using the same method as above or link to a character page which provides such a form of crediting each time you share or reshare artwork that features the character.
  • For instance, if you're linking to the character's toyhouse page where I am credited already, no more credit is needed.
  • Simply writing about the character does not require credit.
• You are free to use my design for any non-commercial purpose.
• You are free to edit the design however you want as long as the general feel/palette is still there.
  • Species changes (including making them human/feral/anthro), clothes, and accessories changes are all fine!
• You may not edit my original design sheet.
• You may not make twins/triplets/quadruplets/etc. without asking me about it first. If I gave you one design, one design it stays.
• You may not use my adopt as inspiration for your other designs. Do not make adopts similar to my design, even with credit.
• You may transfer most of my designs in almost any way you like. This includes gifting, auctioning, trading, using it for an OTA/DTA, and more. As long as you credit me for the original design with a link every step, I'm fine with it.
  • Do not resell the adopt for a higher price unless more art has been made for them. This only applies to adopts that were bought with currency, virtual or real, from me in the first place. (e.g., Selling an adopt you got from offering art at my OTA is fine, but auctioning off a commission design to gain more DA points than you paid me is not.)
  • If you got the design after stating your plans for them, I will expect you to use them. Please transfer those designs only if you are giving up on the entire project you were going to put them in :<
  • If you're planning to transfer them outside of toyhouse, please message me about it first. 
• If you are planning on transferring my design to a someone else, please refer back to this bulletin with a link to let any potential new owners know about my ToS before the actual transfer. 
• My terms of use always apply to the design regardless of its current and past owners.
• Extra note: this is by no means a rule, but I would love it if you could ping me or smth when you draw or write about them <3
