These TOS are in effect as of February 8th, 2024. They are subject to change.
GENERAL TOS
- Characters may be redesigned once purchased. Preferably they'll remain recognizable, but I don't mind all that much. (Species changes and such are okay.)
- Do NOT draw NSFW of any of my designs.
- Do NOT claim the design as if you created it. You own the character and design, but may not claim that you originally created it.
- Do NOT transfer characters/designs to anyone in my blacklist/DNI. This includes raffle/giveaway results.
- Please do not hide my designs from me. If you're hiding your entire profile, provide me with authorization for my design.
- Please don't delete the character profile. If you want to get rid of it for whatever reason, send it back to me or trade it after the grace period.
BUYING AND RESELLING
- Avoid buying characters you won't use/draw.
- Do NOT purchase my designs just to resell or retrade them immediately afterwards. There's a two-week grace period after receiving the design in which you cannot resell/trade the character.
- Do NOT sell my designs for more than they you purchased them for, unless additional art (commissioned or personal) is added.
- Do NOT sell my designs to anyone offsite.
- I DO NOT DO REFUNDS ON ADOPTABLES. Non-negotiable.
PAYMENT
- Payment is expected BEFORE the character is transferred.
- REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED. Non-negotiable.
- Willing to put characters on hold for a month at MOST. If you go inactive or ghost me without explicitly expressing that the purchase is cancelled, I retain the right to sell the design to someone else.
- I only accept payment through CashApp or discord nitro. (Most of my adopts won't cost $10 or more quite yet, though.) Negotiations can be made for virtual currency that costs real money.
- Designs are bought with USD ONLY. I do not have the tools to convert currency.
