terms of service

please read through the terms carefully.

these terms were last updated March 1, 2023.

DISCLAIMER: at any time these rules can be changed or bent as I see fit. I may bend the rules for a certain person depending on the situation, so if you are worried, talk to me! I promise I’m not actually mean. However, ANY of these rules can land you on my blacklist depending on the severity.

Adopts

Do not back out of a bid/offer without explanation. This will result in an immediate blacklist
i Will accept, in order of most wanted to least: PayPal, Amazon egift cards, art, ocs, deviantart points, pretty much anything tbh
if you get a design for free from me (this includes write to adopt, freebie, bio to adopt, raffle, and other free characters) you can sell them or whatever, I don’t really care as long as you didn’t just get them to make a profit (even then though, it probably won’t bother me, just ask)
Do not steal/claim the design if you did not purchase it. Do not claim you created it when you did not.
Do not offer amino coins unless specified
Do not send payment before I confirm. If you do, I will take it as a donation with no refunds. (Unless it was an accident)
If you offer art, please state a specific amount and add examples. If you do not, I will ignore you.
Do not just say "look through my toyhouse/masterlist" without telling who is off limits. If you do, and you then decline the trade due to me being interested in an off limits character, I will blacklist and block you.
If a hold is placed, it automatically lasts 24 hours unless we discussed something else. if you don’t contact me within the agreed time frame, I will contact you with a reminder. You then have 3 days to respond before the character goes back up for offer (or in the case of a commission, I cancel.)
If an adopt is listed in the “game/contest” category, you MUST write a basic bio to recieve them (it doesn’t have to be long)! This may include, but isn't limited to: name, gender, age, ect. Also, you do not have to include everything listed! Just maybe write a small paragraph about the oc so I know you will use them.

Please make sure you read the designer's tos if I didn't design them! However, it is not my responsibility to make sure you do, so please be mindful of that.
If you get one of my designs from exchanging art or another character, you are free to resell at any price
Please ignore any names or tags on a character if their listing contradicts them. For example, if a title says "Ab: $15" but the listing says they're $10, the listing is the most updated of the two.
Please do not delete an oc that I've designed from toyhouse or make it to where only you can see them! If you put them on Auth only, please authorize me if u feel comfy w that. I like seeing where my designs go 👉👈 or not, whatever you wanna do is fine lmao
If an oc is pending for more than 6 months, it will automatically go back up for sale If the person it is pending to hasn’t contacted me in that time frame

Commissions

Do not use my art without credit.
Do not claim you created my artwork.
Do not, under any circumstances, sell my art Without permission. However, if I sell you an art piece, just assume you are allowed to make money off of it (like prints and stuff) bUT I reserve the right to use the piece as an art example if I so choose
Prices are negotiable, but I will NOT be pressured into taking on a commission if I feel like it isn’t worth the money being offered or I feel uncomfortable in any way.

Other

Please note that some ocs may contain gore/nudity pieces. If you would like these removed before a transfer, please let me know and I will remove them.

I will not accept designs/art from any of my blacklisted users. Please dont offer them.
