Commissions Terms Of Service

-Payment will be upfront. This is only negotiable on large/bulk orders (exceeding 150$)
- I reserve the right to reject a commission if i see fit
- I offer three adjustments during the sketching phase and two during the ling phase. Anymore than that will cost extra (customs are an exception to this rule, within reason.)
- I offer an update during the sketching and lining phase before the finished product is sent
- I dont take nsfw as of right now but i am open to suggestive pieces
- My commercial fees are +75$ for commercial rights on a piece and +150% on a character design. These are non-negotiable, as with all of my prices.

WILL DO:
- Gore
- Suggestive Pieces
- Kinsona Design Work
- Canon Characters (Including Canon x OC)
- Pieces/designs intended for commercial use (see Commercial Use section for details)

WONT DO:
- NSFW
- any form of bigotted work.
- Designs/Art for NFTs/AI art bots
- Heavy Mech

Design Terms Of Service

- You are not permitted to resell my designs for higher than they were obtained unless more art has been drawn/commissioned

- You are not permitted to use my designs for anything that may fall under commercial use unless the additional fee has been paid

- My designs may not be used in any form of bigoted artwork

- My designs may be edited/redesigned as the new owner sees fit (Provided it is not bigoted in any form and they do not edit the original artwork)

- Designs gifted/given away for free by me may not be resold or retraded without additional art drawn/commissioned. You will recieve one warning and if it happens a second time the design WILL BE REVOKED

- You may not detransition my trans designs, i will not tolerate this.

- DO NOT delete or private my designs without letting me know

Commercial Use Terms Of Service

- My commercial fees are +75$ for commercial rights on a piece and +150% on a character design. These are non-negotiable, as with all of my prices.

- Commercial rights allow you to use the art/design mainly how you see fit. (merchandise, physical items, stream backgrounds/assets, etc.) Ask if you're unsure about your use case!

Rush Fees

I accept deadlines for commissions but they will incur an extra fee

- +20% if done within a month

- +40% if done within 2 weeks

- +60% if done within a week

i do not take deadlines under a week.

i reserve the right to change/ adjust these rules at any time without notification.
