Goes for both my writing and artwork.
Breaking one of these rules may result in a variety of dire actions. From gentle warnings to full bans cross-platform. Unless agreed apon directly, in private matters, there is no other reason my T.O.S should be overwritten. My ocs are rightfully mine and I like to play fair by common sense.
You can
• DM me any questions/concerns/other.
• Add my characters to liked/favorite folders.
• Draw me giftart.
• Use my art as an icon/banner/lockscreen (would prefer credit/asking first).
But by all means don't
• Feed my work into AI/NFT platforms or projects.
• Use my work in edits/compilations/music videos.
• Copy/trace/heavily refence my characters.
• Post my work, unless it was made for you and given proper credit.
• Ask for free art.
• Make AUs, ocs, or self inserts for my own stories.
• Remove my watermark.
Other Notes
• When drawing one of my characters, credit/tag me and my character appropriately.
• I want to emphasize with the trigger/content tags you see before entering a character page that depicting something in fiction is not inherently endorsing it. Just because I decide to include something in my character's lore or art, does not always mean I support it, or it ties directly in with that character itself. Knowing people who struggle myself, it's mainly there for viewers with particular sensitivities. So read through their info and ask questions to better understand before coming to any drastic conclusions and missing point.
