working on a website for my ocs (which is just a silly little guide to my oc universe works and species lore that i'll share with friends) and realizing i have to stop procrastinating on naming certain OCs because theyre essential to the lore

the thing is I always struggle with names especially when I have a specific meaning in mind and then finding the right characterization for them. Dé Wēnyì (德温义) took me so fucking long how am I supposed to name 6 death gods, 6 dead gods, 6 life gods and all of their disciples? die. perish. what the fuck.

_{that and the fact i have to think about how many gods i want to have for my universe. I have Kori (spring goddess), Reaper (death god), Luan Shou (ocean chaos god), Shen/Jingyi (love god), Lei Sheng (mountain god) but like also what if i added 6 more gods like a psychopomp or more ocean deities or lesser gods or—}
