I need your help. (GoFundme, owed art update)

Hi everyone. I dont usually like asking for help or sharing my personal life online, but things have gotten to the point that my family can no longer keep up with everything going on.

My dad who has been struggling with kidney cancer up until February, just had a stroke on the 20th. He is unable to read, write, and struggles greatly with speech and understanding anyone. I haven't been able to sleep since this happened. I'm trying to find work, trying to do art but I'm also trying to sleep (which hasn't been working). My father was the primary earner among our family, we were already struggling.

For anyone that may also have advice on how to possibly make a medical malpractice claim or possibly apply my father for disability would be just as awesome. We are so lost..

Art Progress:
Art has been slow, but I'm trying. The main issue as of right now has been my body rejecting to sleep. I'm not sure what health problems I might run into, this is my third day without sleep.

" Medical malpractice advice they should get all their medical records make sure they didn’t sign a waiver which allot of doctors have you sign ..if they feel they have a case look for attorneys that do medical malpractice by going to their state’s bar association web site "

To add on to this, find an attorney that specializes in Social Security Disability. They will help you apply, please don't do it alone! It's a tough process. Some of them only take payment when you are finally approved - this might be worth asking them.
You will need thorough documentation of everything that has happened for both disability & a malpractice case - don't throw anything away that the hospital or doctor has given you, at all, including medication bottles (even empty) & any paperwork.
The likelihood is you will be denied disability the first time. It's really common, the attorney will probably tell you this, so please don't despair if it happens. You have a much greater chance when you appeal! It sometimes takes several appeals as well. (My brother is completely paraplegic & unable to work. He was still denied a couple times because the system is so rough to get through.)

ive had a similar situation with my grandpa and it was so awful, wish i could help you financially really (im going to share the bulletin tho ok?)

just wish the best for you and your family, and hope that soon you can sleep well

if you ever need to vent, im here and can listen to you (i know were strangers and everything but id feel good to share a hand with someone that passed almost the same as me)
