NUGGETMACHINES'S TERMS OF SERVICE
You're allowed to
- Offer on anyone in my trades & offers folder
- Redesign any characters you obtain from me
- Be patient while I draw and send the design
- Ask for updates via DMs
- Offer for multiple characters
- Ask for an extension if giving proper reasoning
- Do art for characters not for trade, if given permission
- Give headcanons/ideas & name reccomendations alongside your offer
- Picrew/Dollmaker originated designs (like from those dollmaker/picrew character/design games) are an exception to the sales, trades and transfer rules (Please view the Trades & Offers folder for more information on this rule)
DO NOT DO
- Harass me, or you'll be blocked (and reported)
- Offer on characters outside of the Trades & Offers folder. Characters outside of the Trades & Offers folder are forever homed and I will not be letting go of them.
- Ghost me/ignore me for weeks on end
- Share online with zero credit. Thats just asshole behavior.
- Feed my art and designs to an AI. Please look at the two badges at the top of this bulletin and on my profile for more information
- Draw things that I say not to draw (view Design Preferences for more information)
- Ask for topics like homophobia, racism, transphobia, etc.
- Resell designs that have no paid commissions on them
Extra
- I have the right to refuse requests
- You don't have to notify me if you're transferring a design made by me to a different account you have unless it's a trade/sales account.
- By requesting and offering on my things you're agreeing to my TOS
- All art & designs will be delivered digitally through ToyHouse (and Artfight during the season)
- Offerer does not have the right to use or feed AI in any way, shape or form
- Take care of your design
- If you don't want the design then you can trade/sell it off (ONLY sell it off it you have comissioned art on them. And no higher than the base total cost (ie- no tax) of all the art.)
Offers
- I do not accept cash in any way, shape or form. That includes digital currencies
- Most designs will have thei own rules on offers, some might require more than one thing on them to ensure that the character will go to a good home
- Raffles will usually last for only 1 week normally, but some things might make it longer or shorter
- When drawing to adopt, unless specified, it must be for the design/character you plan on adopting
- While you can put offers on multiple characters in the Trades & Offers folder, you might only get one.
- DO NOT PUT OFFERS ON CHARACTERS IN THE PENDING FOLDER AND ANY FOLDER OUTSIDE THE TRADES & OFFERS FOLDER.
- The pending transfer folder outside of the Trades & Offers folder is for art/design game characters. They are no for trade
FREE designs may not be sold or traded unless commissioned art has been added and/or it has been at least 3 months since obtaining the character (Picrew/Dollmaker designs are exempt from this entire thing altogether and can be sold/traded/gifted freely as long as they're not fed to an AI).
Designs obtained via TRADES may not be resold but can be traded unless commission art has been added to them.
DO NOT SHARE ONLINE WITHOUT PROPER CREDIT!
Credit must be given/shown through either linking my TH or one of my tumblrs (Main blog (nuggetbrainrot) and/or My art blog (nuggetmachines))
