I apologize that I've taken so long to make this. Usually my TOS has always fallen under general rules and is lenient in more niche ones, so I didn't think it was necessary for me to rush into making one. However, it's clear I've delayed it long enough, so here is some written guidelines to abide by. Thank you for taking a look!
And, sorry if this is a little illegible, Toyhouse formatting is a little odd and I'm not smart enough to work around it lol. There will be a version in the comments without formatting!
Terms of Service
• Refunds for adopts can be requested within a week of purchase, after that I cannot refund you.
↳ Refunds may not be instant, but I will try to get them to you as quickly as possible!
• Refunds cannot be issued for commissions unless there is an unfixable error.
• You can alter/edit my designs, but not too heavily.
• I may post my adopts/customs/commissions art online. If you have an issue with something of yours being posted, please let me know!
• You are allowed to sell my designs for more than you bought them with or without art UNLESS I've given the design to you for free, then you may not sell it for monetary value until you've purchased art for the character(s) in question.
• Do not reference my designs.
↳ hypokits/fusions/breedables are okay, I allow them if you have full ownership of the specific design you intend to use and the design that is being made from it is not too similar to the original.
↳ "Taking inspiration" is not an excuse.
• Commissions may take up to a month to complete.
• Art commission payment is after the sketch.
• Custom commission payment is after I've finished.
↳ If you fail to pay and do not communicate why within a reasonable time after completion, the design will be sold.
• This TOS may be edited at any time.
• Depending on the severity, you can receive a strike or even be blacklisted entirely for violating one of these rules.
↳ 3 strikes = blacklist
• Please do not sell/trade my designs to people on my blacklist.
