TOS for buying adopts

- Please comment below or send a note with the adopt in question

- Edits can be made, for small changes (eye colour, hair colour ect) there will be no charge, anything major will be $2

- Please allow for 3 days for the adopts to be sent after payment is made

- Adopts can be held for 72 hours (2 days)

TOS for re-selling adopts

- sell at the original price you bought unless extra art has been made for them

TOS for Bases

- CREDIT ME, I have worked hard on the bases I have made. So please credit here or  mitsukilunamaxwellarts

- Do not remove my watermark

- Do not sell for more then twice the original price, if character is complex then add no more then $10 to the amount (if bought for $5 then it should cost no more then $10)

- Do not have people pay extra for shading if the base is pre-shaded

TOS for YCH

- Please comment or send a note regarding the YCH you are wanting to buy

- For custom style YCH you shall be sent WIP's in stages. The wips will be rough draft, lines and colours. Any changes will be done free of charge for the rough draft and lined stages. There is a $3 charge if a change is needed during the colour stage (unless the change is the colouring itself)

- Payment plans can be done for any amount over $50

- expected YCH finish times are between 4 days to 2 month depending on my health. If a single piece takes more then a month you will get the art and a 50% refund for the delay

These will be updated whenever they need to be and will be put in a new journal so people may see any updates. If there are multiple violations of this you will be blacklisted
