Hi, so im kinda lost and not sure what to do

So i pre-claimed an adopt/design 4 months ago and heard nothing from the designer since then😭 i tried dming them again a weeks ago but still heard nothing

any suggestion on what to do🥲 i alr paid them so😓and i don’t wanna name drop or anything so they’ll be anno for now but jshdjsbsja

im sorry this happened to you,, is the designer still posting stuff after that sale, despite not replying to you? if yes you can shoot them a message with a title that includes the word "chargeback". it might kickstart their sense of urgency to reply to you! if not, i still dont think its a bad idea to shoot another message visibly showing intent to chargeback if what you paid for is not delivered to you.

also you mentioned that its a paypal-boosty thing. since you'll be contacting 2 different parties, it might be more complicated and takes longer than anticipated so i personally think you should tackle it sooner than later. i saw you're not inclined to taking immediate action and would like to give them time, but yeah,, you're already 4 long months in 😭😭

but anyways i really hope this gets settled for you asap ;0; its a super sucky situation to be in aaa,, good luck!!

Did you paid through PayPal? You can try massaging them through there and If they still dont answer i would force a refund!

Hi! This doesn't have to do with this post, this is great advice though! I was wondering how to force a refund? I bought a few designs from someone on toyhouse and turned out they were stolen designs.. unfortunately. The person deleted their account too. But I want to get my money back so how would I be able to force a refund?

Hii! Forcing a refund only Works in the First 6 months and you have to pay through Goods and Services! When Something goes wrong you can go to the Tab where you paid Them and click on "Report issue" or Something Like that. Then itll ask you what it was (in your Case digital goods) Grab some Screenshots of the Person scamming you and send everything over. PayPal will either ask the seller First for their opinion, but you can also instantly click on a Button where PayPal will be counted in immidiantley. It might Take a Bit or you'll get your Money instantly it depends (Sorry for the Bad explaination english isnt my First language xD)

i had to pay through boosty but i did use PayPal at the time to pay for it

im not sure how boosty or PayPal will work since boosty don’t support PayPal anymore😭 kinda in a tuff spot rn🥲

Oh ;-; mhh maybe write the Support of both Sites? You can Grab some Screenshots and Proof that you got (probably) scammed and that you want your Money back

ill def try to do that, but i won’t do it right now..i want to wait a bit to see if they will respond since something might happen…giving them the benefit of the doubt lol…thank u so much for your help🙏🙏💦
