Abunniki’s Adopt T.O.S.

BLACKLIST: 

DO NOT trade/gift/resell/exchange my designs with these users. They’ve violated my T.O.S. and I do not want my designs in their hands.

Violators of any of these rules will be BLOCKED and BANNED from buying any more adopts from me. Those caught helping blacklisted people obtain my adopts will be blacklisted as well.

I, as creator, will not bear responsibility for any damages, issues, or disputes caused by misuse of the adopts regardless of the content created by the user. The user of the adopt must take full responsibility. 

Purchasing

• When purchasing via PayPal please put a description.

• All adopt payments are to be made in USD through Paypal.

• If payment isn't received within a day after I responded to the purchase claim, the adopt will be put up for sale again.

• After a purchase has been made you'll always receive a full-resolution file of the adoption with a transparent background.

• Do not make new character profiles or delete them.

• If a species is a closed species you must join their TH (Toyhou.se) world before purchasing the adopt. 

Reselling/Trading/Gifting

• Reselling/Trading/Gifting is allowed unless specified.

• You may not resell the adopt for more than what you paid it comes with extra art you commissioned. The value of the adopt may only be equal to the amount spent on the adopt.

• You may not trade (or resell) an adopt you received for free. (i.e: as a raffle or gift from me)

• If you're planning on deleting your toyhou.se account please regift/trade/resell your adopt (s) to a different user or give it back to me.

Ownership

• You may not claim to be the creator of the design, only the owner of the character.

• You must credit me as the creator of the design. 

• I retain all legal rights to my designs. For this reason I am the original creator of this adopt.

• Once you buy the adopt it's yours to use as you please.

Editing

• You are free to make minor edits to your adopt as you please as long as the adopt is still recognizable. If unsure if the adopt is recognizable feel free to DM me.

• You may edit my adopt art if it's necessary.

• You may not make one adopt twins/triplets/quadruplets/quintuplets. One adopt stays as one adopt. 

If it's NOT a closed species

• You may not turn any of my designs into a closed species.

If it IS a closed species

• You must be in the TH world to offer.

• You may NOT turn any Closed species into a non-species.

• You cannot change the traits without buying a certain item from the shop in the closed species world.

Adopt Artwork

• Under any circumstances my art is NOT allowed to be traced or copied.

• The owner of adopt in question is free to use the artwork for page-sitters, character profile sites, etc.
