YOU MAY
- reselling for more than purchased IF there is additional art/value added, redesign (please give me credit for the original design.)
YOU MAY NOT
- resell raffled designs/characters + gifted designs, remove/cover my signature, use my art/designs for anything nft or ai related, remove my designs off of toyhouse, edit my art in any way without my permission/approval, use my designs to make feral/problematic nsfw. (you must be 18+ to make (NORMAL.) nsfw with my designs.)
COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
- there will be a fee of 100-150usd for these rights. by buying these rights, you may sell/create merch with my designs/art, promote on social medias, ect.
(this only affects characters/designs that ive made as of 4/27/24.)
OTHER
- promoting/selling my designs/art in any way on amino will result in a blacklist.
- I hate being ghosted. if you don't get back to me within 2 months with some sort of update, any character(s) on hold will be voided. repeating this behavior will result in a permanent blacklist. ^_^
do the new added commercial perm rules affect mascots or story characters obtained before this?? D:

I really like your designs & including the ones i adopted into stories n stuff, but i dont wanna break any tos, i heard in the past you allowed comm perms for the design im sorry if i assumed it was like still like that? like some of my story & art stuff i do involves what you listed as commercial perms but i dont wanna be like breaking anything if this is all new :( kinda stressing rn bc i didnt know that stuff would fall into that (social media profile mascot, comic stories, and patreon content for like if i draw extra art of the character)
if i need to change anything or delete art pls lmk :( i didnt know about these when adopting the characters

I should've specified that, my apologies! the newly added commercial perms will not affect them at all, but they are going to be implemented to newer designs/adopts! ^_^
