This has to do with the user known as the following alias's:

Known mostly as Lovely, she has become a huge problem within the art community.
She is known to focus on a single artist at a time. Her first known target was AngelDalet, who is a brilliant artist and an amazing friend of mine who I have known for years.
Lovely started off by commissioning a LOT of designs from Angel, overworking her on top of all the other commissions Angel was accepting. She would also harass those within Angel's community, pushing people to sell characters they do not want to sell, offering more and more money per character, reaching up to the known amout of $200 for a character that might've costed as low as $20, without any additional artwork. This is against Angel's TOS.
Lovely was a part of my art server, and made a few of my good friends so uncomfortable they were talking about leaving the server. In return, I confronted Lovely about her actions, and she denied all allegations against her. Seeing as how she could not own up and apologize, saying that she doesn't know what she did wrong when I spelled out her actions out very clearly, I banned her from my server in an attempt to protect my server from her behavior.
Due to her actions, I offered a refund instead of the characters she had ordered, which is not something I usually allow. Me and those in my server had spoken and agreed that someone like her should not own any of Angel's designs.
Soon after, Lovely was caught tracing and reselling Angel designs. This set off an entire new series of events and anger from the AngelDalet community, causing me to end up refusing Lovely a refund as well for her actions of continuous harassment against Angel, me, as well as the entire Angel community. Angel ended up blacklisting Lovely, refusing to give her any more designs and not accepting commissions.
In retaliation, Lovely made an alt account, known as TheBoss, to acquire designs from Angel. This was quickly realized and pointed out by the wonderful Cleo-sama666, who is a brilliant detective and protective of Angel and the entire server, but not before Lovely had used this alt to commission several more designs. Angel does not allow refunds, so she completed these designs, then once again blocked Lovely, blacklisting her alt as well.
Since then, Lovely has made continuous false accusations and claims, trying to turn me against my friends within the server (which, if you see this, Lovely, will not work, but nice try <3). She has caused a lot of stress between me, Angel, and everyone within the Angel community. Lovely has also, against Angel's wishes, claimed to copyright several designs that she got from Angel, which is also against Angel's TOS, and we are now thinking about pushing things further against Lovely for this action.
On top of all of this, another artist, who wishes to remain anonymous, has also had their own fair share of dealings with Lovely. After Lovely found out she would be unable to acquire more AngelDalet designs, she moved to her new favorite artist, who has recently blocked Lovely for her actions. They tried to look past Lovely's actions against Angel, but it didn't take long for them to see Lovely's toxic behavior against herself as well, seeing that Lovely had not learned a single thing, and will continue doing this against artists one by one within the art community.
The newest information I have is that these two people are not the only ones to suffer at Lovely's hands, many other Warrior Cat artists have also dealt with her.
If she reaches out to you from her mains or alt, and you are unsure if it is actually her and wish to avoid her, her usual commission requests contain words in the following list:
- Very beautiful/handsome
- Flowers
- Will talk about the story she is writing
All in all... Lovely's name is quite deceiving, and based on her behavior towards many people, those who have had interacted with her suggest that she removes herself from the internet completely and seeks mental help for her obsessive behaviors.
