She doesn't elaborate why she wants her hair cut, she just does. Uhh if I had to describe the haircut, its about ear-length, shorter in the front and longer in the back. Kind of gives me mullet vibes?? Im not sure

Maybe she asks Scout and then scout does a HORRIBLE job and when Spy sees it he looks absolutely disgusted and very vaguely offers (by commenting on how ugly it is) to fix it, or maybe Irina or Heavy fixes it, idk. I dont think Erwin would trust Pyro, Medic or Demoman with scissors so close to her neck 😭

Also if Gabs cant visit her family's final resting place she'll just make some near the base that she can visit out of sticks or wooden planks or something 💖
