I will not draw anything that promotes hatespeech, genocide, and without consent from another party.

I do not accept payment from anyone under 18+ 

First come, first served! ( Unless stated otherwise)
All payment is made through paypal, USD.
Payment is required in full up-front before work is started. If you refuse to pay within 24-48 hours you will be blocked and blacklisted.

Refunds are available after 2 months( Unless I’ve started the sketch. ) You can always ask for updates and previews. I will always notify you if there is a delay.

• Be aware I suffer from chronic fatigue, mental health, and severe back pain. Everything is slow and I do require your patience. Do not commission me if you cannot handle a small wait time.

However please do notify ME if you change your usernames or traded away the character/switch the character. I lose track very easily.

⦿ » ART COMMISSIONS
The artist reserves the right to:

- The image itself, and can post it and use it publicly as I wish (unless you make a specific request for privacy, which can be discussed).

The commissioner has the right to:

- Post their commission online with proper credits to the artist and use the commission for personal use ONLY.

The commissioner or other parties may not:

- Claim the commission as their own work.

- Use any part of the commission for non fungible tokens (NFTs). Use of the commission for any advertising or profits associated with NFTs or cryptocurrency is prohibited.

- Use the commission for any commercial purposes (ie producing prints, shirts, badges, etc, to resell). Any and all uses of the commission must be purely personal with no financial gain. Commissions from me with the intent of commercial use must be discussed beforehand. [ customs are exempt from this. My designs are 100% able to be used for commercial use.)
⦿ » DESIGNS TERMS OF SERVICE

- I allow redesigns/simplifications as long as they stay the same to the original. Edits are acceptable. You are not allowed to split the design. Do not claim the design as yours.

- Do not use my designs for hate speech, homophobia, racism usage, bigoted opinions, etc. You're a clown lol.

- You are allowed to change the species of my designs, have fun. [ Closed species are acceptable as long as permission from both parties are involved.]

- Please do not sell a design for more than what you bought them for. [ Additional personal or commissioned art pieces applies to their worth! ]

- Avoid paying within 24/48 hours will result in a block.

- Backing out of payment will result in a block. [ Please remember to discuss this with me before I approach you about payment. ]

- Ghosting will result in a block.

You are free to use the design concept and commercial use is 100% allowed. 

NFT/tokenizing my art and designs is prohibited and NOT ALLOWED. It will result in repealing the design and selling it to another user.

I  refuse to work with anyone who is either associated/friends with these users  from my blacklist. I refuse to let my designs be traded or sold to them in any way shape or form and I wish to be respected in this regard.
If I catch my designs being owned by a user in my blacklist,  I have every right to re-use the theme and design for my personal use, I  will block you if I catch you doing this and gladly put you on the  list. [ This rule is now active since 06.05.2024. Before does not apply ]
