Offering rules

This is exactly why I no longer take holds anymore unless it's a payment plan feature where it's a 50/50 split only.

Too many individuals sadly don't go through with their offer and end up wasting a lot of important time.

These are and have been offering rules. And now that i'll be more active with adopts and designs again, I want to make this very available and clear:

-No holds
-Split payment Plan $50/$50 -1 Week period only.
-Purposeful backing out of an offer you personally made (unless for financial emergencies) will not be able to offer on any other future adopt/character I have or make.
-These apply to character trades as well.
-Please look at my interests before offering or your comment may be ignored
-No "anyone in my toyhouse" offers
-Do NOT offer anything (Character OR USD) you are not willing to part with
-Do NOT offer on my characters that are not for trade/Sale/eo

I apologize if this sounds harsh but it's very rampant and these have been my rules for some time so I wanted to make another update post if you were in any way unaware~♥

It's sooo frustrating when people back out for no reason, it's become super common nowadays too :((( I'm so sorry you're struggling with this, hopefully people read the bulletin and stop !! It's not harsh at all, you're just asking for basic decency !

The amount of times people have backed out of trades on me has me burnt out. One made me wait months for an on-base custom with zero updates and another made me wait 2 weeks for a premade. Now I give people 48 hours for premade trades and rarely take custom offers.

Exactly. It's too common. My partner has also been struggling with constant backouts so he no longer holds anymore either~
