hello!! by buying my art / designs / etc you agree to follow my terms of service :]

breaking mutliple terms of my tos / harassing me about what I have below will result in you being blacklisted :'0

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
By commissioning me you agree to my full TOS.
I retain the right to use any art I create, even if it is a commission of your character, and may use it for self promotion or upload it to other sites.
All art and designs created by me must be credited. They may be uploaded to other sites, with credit.
Do not remove or cover my watermark.
I am not obligated to do tradebacks. you can ask when they're up for offers but I won't be giving the design back for free
all transactions are final unless I am unable to complete something and must refund it
commissions are usually finished within 2 months, but could take longer depending on complexity. Bumps are okay, but please do not harass me to finish something.
while I am fine with asking for pings on characters, there is a high chance I'll forget, so just keep that in mind
if you're trading for a design I own and ghost me / do not respond to pings or comments regarding the trade I will put them back up for offers
REGARDING NFTS: I do not support nor wish any of my art to become or be associated with the NFT community. Please notify me immediately if my work is being sold as such, because this is against my will.

please do not sell my designs for more than they were bought for, unless they have extra art!
you can accept an offer higher than a character's worth only if the person offering is fully aware of the design's value and that they are paying more than they have to
don't overprice my old designs!! while some of my current designs may sell for a lot, my old ones tended to be pretty cheap
I'm fine with redesigns of my designs, as long as they bear some resemblance to the old design :]
do not heavily reference, trace, or colorpick my designs
if you're planning to delete your account / deleting or abandoning one of my designs, please lmk and I'd be happy to take them back!
you can give my designs away for free if you wish :]

- reason: trying to scam me out of $25 and a design, as well as threatening others who offer on my designs and scamming my friends for designs as well. made an alt to also try and get the design after blacklisting them.

- reason: scammed a friend out of $45 when offering to vouch, claimed their sibling logged into their account to scam, offered art for one of my characters and kept drawing the wrong thing / dropping payments / told me to drop their offer and take someone else's, then got mad when I accepted another offer. offered on another of my friend's nft characters and immediately resorted to name calling when it was pointed out to them.
ZafBalado on toyhouse / Zafron_n on discord
- scammed multiple users out of money on a discord server, ghosted everyone who sent them money
