• crediting me
  Always link to my toy,house when crediting me - I would rather be credited here than another site.
  
  
• design changes
  You're allowed to revamp designs! Just as long as you still credit me for the original design.
  If you'd like, you can transfer my design into a closed species - as long as the species allows it and you still credit me for the original design.
  
  
• re-selling designs
  If the design was given for free or bought at a flat-price, you cannot make any profit of of them. This includes re-selling for a higher price.
  * the only time this rule doesn't count is if the character has more than one art-piece commissioned/made.
  You cannot enforce your own rules when selling/gifting/trading a design of mine.
  
  
• blocking
  If you decide to block me on chickensmoothie (or even on any other sites for that matter) that's fine - as long as I've never sold you a design.
  Please don't block me on toy.house if I've ever sold you a design - I would like to see my designs and see where they're going !
  
  
• buying characters
  If you have decided to buy one of my characters, but need a while to send payment/get enough money to send on over - I'm okay with waiting !
  You'll have about a week to send over any payment for the character - if it's not sent by then I will contact you first about payment.
  if you purchase from me using a mixed payment that includes artwork, I require an estimated deadline for when the art will be finished.
  if you don't have the payment ready after that time period, I'll be putting them back up for offers!
  I don't want to be waiting months for payment/holds.
  
  
• All in all, if I decide that you've broken any of these rules - you will be blacklisted
  That just means, I will block you on chickensmoothie.com (where I sell most of my designs) and I will no longer sell you any of my designs.
  You can still contact me via toyhouse, but if you're rude - I will block you here as well.
