ARTWORK T.O.S

- DO NOT reupload/use my art in any shape of form (excluding to commissioner/ you have my permission or it's an Art trade/ Art gift/ Raffle art)

- I don't allow tracing/ art fixing (slight edit are okay if you're the commissioner)

- I'm fine with Art inspiration. However, please credit if you take it heavily :,]

- Using my art in NFTs/ AI generated or Commercial purpose is strictly prohibited so please never do that !!

DESIGN T.O.S

- DO NOT overprice the design worth unless there's personal art/ paid commission art added (Gift art/ trade art/ raffle art is NOT counted)

- Design inspiration is fine as long as not taking it heavily/ straight up rip off

- Co-owning only acceptable if you ask first beforehand, if i allow please DO NOT make duplicate profile

- Please DO NOT delete my design and/or my art!! You can give it back to me or someone else if you don't want it /gen

- Slight edit/ redesign is fine as long as it's recognizable, i'm okay with alt design but keep that in the original profile (seperated profile is a big NO + counted as copying/rip off)

- Keep my design ALWAYS visible to me. If it's privated, please give me authorization key to access, i want to keep an eye on for better management

- I don't allow owning my design off-site, keep it on ToyHouse ONLY (if you don't have an account then i can give you an invite code to make one)

- NEVER EVER give my design to any blacklisted user, you will be ended up being blacklisted like them LMAO

BLOCKLIST/ BLACKLIST

Breaking rules could make you ended up being blocked + blacklisted (either temporary or permanent depending on how serious the violation is)
