TERMS OF SERVICE

Before purchasing an adoptable of mind please make sure you go over this TOS. By buying an adoptable of mine you are agreeing to abide by this Terms of Service

General

► I retain rights to the artwork and intellectual property.    Because Adoptables are not a tangible item/service what is being purchased is the license to use the design itself PastelMangoo holds rights to the creative integrity of the product
► Your rights after payment for the adoptable include the right to draw the character, post the character on other sites with credit to PastelMangoo , commission art of the character, print the character, and include the character in any personal or commercial use projects

► As PastelMangoo retains the rights to the artwork and intellectual property you can not create a TOS and expect others to abide by it if it contradicts this TOS that you're hereby abiding by. Because a license is purchased by yourself to use the design, you have no legal rights to add stipulations for future license holders.

► TOS may be subject to change and changes can be discussed with PastelMangoo if it was something significant & not agreed upon with the TOS at the time of purchase. You are expected to review and follow updated TOS otherwise.

► The BLACKLIST is subject to change and should be upheld at any point regardless of it's state at the time of purchase

► Violation of this TOS may result in Blacklisting and revocation of the adoptable

Buying / Selling

► You have the right to resell, trade or gift those partial rights in any way that does not contradict the TOS.

► After re-sale of an adoptable, the new owner must abide by these Terms of Service and it is your responsibility as the party selling the rights to make sure they agree to it. (This can be done by telling them "by sending payment you are agreeing to the TOS linked below")

► You may not sell the adoptable for more than it was purchased unless it comes with more art. The adoptable should be sold for the value of purchase plus what was spent on it

► Adoptables that are gifted/traded should only be gifted/traded. Value of art purchased can be added on in the form of currency or tradable items.

► Users that are Blacklisted cannot purchase or obtain designs directly from PastelMangoo or current adoptable owners by any means

ADOPTABLE  BLACKLIST

► Users on this list may not own any created designs from myself

► The only designs these users may have in their possession should have been purchased before blacklisting

► Forfeited designs cannot be returned back. The license was sold & in attempting to re-licence a blacklisted user you would be violating TOS

► If you own a design of mine please do not attempt to trade or sell to any of these users. 

► If you violate TOS and sell/gift/trade a design to a blacklisted user you could be blacklisted and the adoptable may be revoked

Blacklist is subject to change and any updates on users should be followed

Blacklisted users still interested in purchasing or owning adoptables from me may ask to repeal the blacklist by sending me a note to discuss any issues. Users may be taken off of the blacklist if my status of comfort regarding any issues changes.

L I S T

finchbreeze / vaniiia-bean / finchyy - Uncomfortable with them on a personal level. Very confrontational when dealing with designs. Putting TOS on designs they didn't create.
Sakirtus / Dreamuur -Tracing, not fulfilling commissions & not refunding. Uncomfortable with them on a personal level.
uwusports / Velvandora - Running away from the community owing commissions and refunds. Tracing, theft.
Lacklustre /Fleabit - Has refused to accept they're blacklisted no matter how many times I've brought it up with them. Attempted to lie and slander me on FB over it. Created a second account to block evade. Uncomfortable with them on a personal level.
andyartsies/icymallow - Tracing, bad attitude, block evading.
TotallyTimmy / DarkTint - copying a design
noxis - noted for a variety of chargebacks in the community
lambie - Backing out of payment
marrmalade - deceptive of age, discussing 18+ activity with adults as a minor, lying about life situations & taking money for it. Uncomfortable with them on a personal level.
wrenaire - Backing out of adoptable payment
moogle - Backing out of adoptable payment
DayDreamV on th and parad1se_v on discord - Block Evading to try and get a design from me
