Designs that are gifted for free may be regifted only.

Designs that are gifted for free that have added art to them may be regifted or traded.

Designs that are traded may be gifted or retraded without the need for new art.

Designs that are gifted or traded may not be sold or resold: this includes all currencies such as DA points, ingame currencies, and/or real currencies.

Designs that are bought may be gifted or traded and may only be resold for the same price or lower UNLESS new art is added.

Any change to the design must be done in another artwork. The original design must not be edited/changed.

You must credit me when posting the original design, you do not need to credit me for a redesign.

The original design MUST be included when gifting/trading/selling any redesigns.

Designs are for PERSONAL use only. Commercial use may be discussed individually.

Payment will be Paypal ONLY. You have 48 hours to send payment or the design goes back up for adopt.

There will be no refunds once payment is complete.

I reserve the right to change or update these terms of service at any time.

By purchasing a design from me or accepting a character transfer you are agreeing to these terms of service.
