This is a Terms of Service that can be referred to for any designs created by me! As of 1/7/2021 the following terms will go into effect:

General:

-Do not use my designs for any sort of hate speech or illegal content (written or drawn) including racism and p*dophilia, 

-Breaking the above rule will result in blacklisting (you will be unable to acquire any more of my designs in the future). 

-You can make minor edits to my designs (including editing my art) provided you credit it properly. (Koidrop for the art/yourself for the edit(s))

-Please ask me directly for any inquiries regarding commercial use.

-You are free to create CS (closed species) versions of my designs.

Purchased designs:

-Can be resold for the value they were purchased for as well as any added value gained from commissions & personal art.

-The only art that cannot be counted for value is gift art/art received for free.

Designs received via trade:

-Can be resold for their initial value+value added through additional art that you have bought/created- this does not include art bought/drawn by any previous owners. In addition you must have PROOF of the value.

-The only art that cannot be counted for value is gift art/art received for free.

Designs received for free:

-Cannot be resold but can be traded or re-gifted.
