This is a Terms of Service that can be referred to for any designs created by me! As of 1/7/2021 the following terms will go into effect:
General:
-Do not use my designs for any sort of hate speech or illegal content (written or drawn)
-Breaking the above rule will result in blacklisting (you will be unable to acquire any more of my designs in the future).
-You can make minor edits to my designs (including editing my art) provided you credit it properly. (Koidrop for the art/yourself for the edit(s))
-Please ask me directly for any inquiries regarding commercial use.
-You are free to create CS (closed species) versions of my designs.
Purchased designs:
-Can be resold for the value they were purchased for as well as any added value gained from commissions & personal art.
-The only art that cannot be counted for value is gift art/art received for free.
Designs received via trade:
-Can be resold for their initial value+value added through additional art that you have bought/created- this does not include art bought/drawn by any previous owners. In addition you must have PROOF of the value.
Designs received for free:
-Cannot be resold but can be traded or re-gifted.

hihi! i was wondering as far as reselling goes, we did a mixed trade where i payed $100 and traded u a char worth $160 for one of your adopts. with no additional art added could i resell them for $260 or would i only be able to resell for $100?

hi there! that's a good question, thanks for asking! I think it would be okay to add the value of the character traded. though I think it would be best to dm me first so i can confirm the traded character's worth/give the ok to sell for that amount! since it's kind of a case-by-case thing! ^^

Yes I absolutely plan on it! I mostly made this post as a response to that PSA aha, I'm just making sure I understand the full situation before updating it since there may be more people involved sadly ^^;
