⚠️This is a PSA REGARDING A SCAMMER TO EVERYONE WHO HAS ENABLED BULLETINS IN MY SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND IN General.⚠️

1) User Asinnerssoul is a scammer and art thief. Firstly, we had agreed upon three character payment for an art piece I did, linked 👉here👈.

Upon payment user refused to pay what was agreed upon, which is listed below in image format. Payment was three adopts. A Gabumon, a Flame Wolf Skullie, and a tiger.

Upset and not wanting further conflict, I foolishly and nicely agreed to just the tiger as they were a Christmas Gift for my friend, SeafoamAura. You can find said tiger 👉here👈 with a clear trade in the ownership list from ASinnersSoul's adopt account transfered to SeafoamAura.

2) ASinnersSoul then proceeded to immediately delete my comments with the proof of their scamming and sell one of the adopts, the Wolf Skullie, off-site within the day or two of. I have linked the thread in images below.

3) Finally, to add salt into the wound, ASinnersSoul transfered a main character which I had done the art for to their adopt account, and deliberately cropped out the image along with my signatures before re-uploading without credit

Update 01/16/21

The user has added credits, but the issue has NOT been resolved. The image is still cropped to edit out my signature, and doesn't include my "#ArtOfEris" which is against my clearly stated T.O.S.

The user has also removed any comments regarding the fact that they had removed credit in the first place. This is shows that they are willing to hide evidence against themselves.

Thank you to SeafoamAura for notifying me of this, and for sending me the screenshots over Discord.

Note: Please do not harass or comment on the user who made an offer on the comments. User has nothing to do with this. I have censored their name for this reason. Thank you.

Update: January 17th 2021

The admin has reviewed my ticket against the user. Unfortunately, the user has been allowed to go free as they did add credit (after it being pointed out as being purposeful due to blacklisting; and still with my signature removed), and I did accept the 1/3 characters owed (which is on me).

The image has since been removed from the gallery, but if the image appears again please notify me as the user has no right to use my art

Thanks Ash. Sadly nothing more can be done, but we can at least spread the word. Hopefully the user doesn't sell anymore uncredited art that had their artists purposely removed, and start to stay true to their original deals.

Much appreciated! Unfortunately z the admin can't do anything firhtwr but it truly helps to further spread the word as this was deliberate art theft and refusal to meet previously agreed upon payment.

Just a quick update, the person added RamblingDemon in the credits and deleted the comments between me and KloverSight. Seems kind of sneaky to me, but at least it’s been updated.

Since this is linked in the service review forum you should be following the rules set forth in the forum. It isn't appropriate to be referring to this as 'sinning' and 'treachery'. What happened is not okay, but if you're going to have things linked from the forum it should at least be worded in a more professional manner.

That's the part I was referring to. Name calling really doesn't do any good other then to make you appear childish and distracts from your point. I'm sorry to hear that this happened to you though, it's really not okay of them.

Understandable. It was never my intent to name call, as I was only using the term as a synonym for scamming. I did not realize "treachery" or any form of the word was against the rules. I apologize for using it.

It's not against the rules to use the words, it's just that when you write a psa for the forum you need to keep your tone neutral and unemotional as it's super easy to slip into being angry, I know I've done it before. If you're ever in doubt you can go into the Service Review forum and they have the rules/ code of conduct for posting psas there. It's helped me a lot when I've needed to write PSAs and reminded me to always look over my posts.

Why on earth do people like this exist? This is horrible behaviour, an insult to toyhouse in my opinion. I’ll make a bulletin with this link immediately, I want to spread the word to my friends. I’m so sorry this happened to you, it’s really sickening, and I hope it never happens again.

I have no idea. It's just sick and twisted. The insult is quadrupled when you read and realize that I even give then the chance when I didn't report them for the first situation, but then they had the nerve to steal my art.

I greatly appreciate the extra bulletin! We need to spread the word as much as posisble. I have no doubt the user has done this before and will do it again. I'd also be concerned about art listed to their characters since they remove credit.

I hope so too. I cannot tell you how badly it affected me. I didn't even eat until almost four in the afternoon.

It’s makes me sick that people do this, how much spare time do they have? And go out of their way to remove the credit? At least let people know who they scammed.

Not just remove credit. This is a step above. The tried to remove every last trace of me and their scamming. They deleted the comments to the adopts. Removed the images. Cropped the image to remove my signature. And reuploaded the cropped image without credit to me.

On top of scamming me, and guilting me with an adopt they knew was for my friend, and saying I hadn't done enough art despite knowing our agreement. And they called it "a misunderstanding". No this is deliberate theft and scamming.

I am feeling better. I just need this word to be spread like wildfire. Because this isn't okay.

I feel terrible for anyone who has been guilted by this user.

People like that are just gross

mad a general rule for the future, put an ugly water mark on work you do for trades and only give them the clean version when atleast half of what owed is given.
but the water mark should be across the whole image so it can’t be cropped out

I actually had done a tile watermark which I sent. But unfortunately the user really guilted me hard. I wanted the tiger for my best friend's Christmas Gift more than anything else, and I also was done arguing.

They sent the transfer to her and I gave them the full image thinking it would be left at that. But low and behold I'm browsing adopts for a birthday gift for said friend, and I saw the character I did art for up for sell.

So I went to check after seeing Sinner had removed the image from all three characters galleries (yes there were two other characters the image was linked to, but the image is not on their profiles) and... Here we are.

IKR? I hate people who do such things. there is a term “choosing begger” used on Reddit. Refers to people who play these guilt tactics. From either saying they have money issues, a sick family member, or in this case they try to make a blow on your confidence by saying your work is no good.( Btw false cuz I think your art is stunning!) They make a deal for something then try to either cheap out or get the thing for free. And sadly some (like this person) get away .

I always like to know some ones terms of service if down the road I wanna do business with them ( I love to do the trade system . Like I love doing art/customs my self for others) but like you... I had some scammers in the past so sadly I don’t do them as often.^^; like I understand people can be slow due to IRL situations so I am flexible for those people.(Mean been there. Done that . )But then you get those folk who take advantage.

I've had to be clear thanks to one too many scanners unfortunately. But I find it helps. You're always welcome to link my T.O.S. In your own or if someone attempts to mistreat you.

I don't think non-artists realize how badly these scammers can mess us up. It ruins art for us greatly.
