I have had some people violate my TOS so I will also be posting it here;

Hello I’m Puppspie (BangingTanner), also known as Tanner or “Idk-why-do-you-ask”. This is my Terms Of Service for characters and designs that I give/sell to you.

1.) Please do not resell the character/design without my permission. I have a blacklist and don’t want my designs and characters going to certain people. Updated Clarification: You must tell me when you are putting my design up for offers or into a sale folder.

2.) Minor changes can be done to the character, but keep it relatively CLOSE to the original design! (Hairstyle, eye shape, fur length etc. can be all altered)

3.) Do not resell the design/character for more than you got it unless of course it comes with art, meaning you put money into the character.

4.) Please. Use. The. Character. Updated Clarification: You do not have to use the character in a public way I can see it, but you cannot sell the character within less than a month within purchasing.

5.) Credit me for whenever you put them on an application or use them for something. (you don’t have to directly to Puppspie you can simply do @puppspie, @BanginTanner on TH)

6.) Do not delete my TOS from designs I post on TH and transfer to you, you will be blacklisted if I find out you do.

7.) If you do not comply to my TOS, add my TOS if asked, or refuse to cooperate in any way with my TOS/deisgns/characters, you WILL be blacklisted and I WILL be taking the character back

If you don’t follow the rules 1, 3, 5, 6 and 7 you will be warned, if it happens again you will be added to the blacklist. Updated: ALL of the rules are taken seriously now.
