Okay, here we go

It was raining yesterday in animal crossing, and somehow, in the first 10 minutes, I caught the rarest fish in the game. The Coelacanth.
I've never even seen rain in animal crossing before, this was my first time!

Another thing, I went fishing at 9:00–9:30 PM for 3 days in a row and I only just caught a blowfish. Which is what I was trying to catch the whole time
In the process of trying to catch a blowfish, I caught 1 coelacanth, 3 sturgeons, 6 oarfish, and around 75 sea basses.
I broke around 10 fishing rods

I've used over 200 bags of fishfood on the pier trying to catch a tuna and a blue marlin
I only just caught the tuna. Still have to catch the blue marlin.

Here's a tip for fishing that I found if anyone wants to try it.
I've found that I miss fish more if I fish with my eyes open. I haven't missed a fish for the past 5 days ever since I started only fishing by the sound, rather than sight.
I turn up the sound and close my eyes once the lure is in the water and the fish has seen it.
It actually works wonders for me ngl.
