General Terms

- If you are interested in more than one commission, please fill out another form for each comm.

- Will default to sending PNG files, but can do other types of files if asked.

- I have the right to decline your comm without giving you a specific reason.

-Do not trace or closely reference the artwork.

-The artwork may only be resold with its respective character and not individually.

-The commissioner may not edit the artwork, unless the edits are resizing and adding text over the image.

Payment

- I take payment via PayPal/Cashapp/Venmo in USD.

-Payment must be sent right after your order has been confirmed.

- Complex and additional characters will cost more.

- Listed prices of my commissions are base prices and for private use only. Commercial usage prices will be different.

Private use Includes: Printing the art for your own decoration, using it as a screen background/profile pictures, reposting on your own social media with credit given to me, and anything that doesn't involve gaining any profit.

Commercial use Includes: Creating prints to sell at conventions, assets, and artwork for video games, illustrations for books, merchandise, flyers, logos, and posters for advertising, animation work for a show, and so on and so forth. If you make a profit off of it, that is commercial use.

Crediting

- You can not hide or remove my signature/credits on the piece.

- Commissioners may use the artwork for their private use only and may not use the artwork to gain any kind of currency, unless the agreement for commercial use is made.

- I'm allowed to use your commission for portfolios and non-profit purposes. I have the right to all my artwork.

Inquiry and WIPs

- By default I will send you the completed sketch of your work before I begin on lines to ask for changes. At this point, you may ask for larger changes.

- Once I begin lining, I may show you the finished lines at your request. Otherwise I will go and finish the piece.

- Small fixes or mistakes on my behalf are free of charge, but more time-consuming changes will cost extra depending on how large they are.

- I will not completely re-do a commission.

- The time I finish your piece(s) can vary from within a couple hours/days to one or two months. My work time depends on the commission type, the queue length, and my private life situations.

- You may ask for a deadline, but I will only accept it if I'm confident enough to finish it in your given time. If I accept and can't finish them due to private reasons, you will be notified.

Refunds

- If I've started to work on you commission and you'd like a refund, I will only send back the amount excluded from the time I've already spent on your commission.

- A full refund is only available if I haven't/can not work on your commission due to private reasons.
