Terms of Service
I accept several types of payment. I can be paid via PayPal, via buying a character/adopt on TH for me, or through art trades. By requesting a commission you are agreeing to pay me in full for the art you receive and you agree to the following terms:
- I retain the copyright to any products I produce.
- Art I make may not be sold for higher than whatever was payed for it originally.
- Art I create is not allowed in commercial works without explicit permission from me. Commercial works include books, video games, advertisements, etc. Even if permission is given, I still expect to be credited with the art in question.
- For art pieces, payment is expected up front. If the buyer decided they would like a refund prior to their work being completed, they will recieve anywhere from a full to partial refund depending on how far along into completion the art piece was.
- I reserve the right to share finished art pieces across art platforms as an example of my work. The work will be watermarked, and credit will be given to whomever owns that character. If you would not like your commission to be public, please let me know.

Character References
Created using a base. At the moment, the base I use is an edited version of a base by Yesirukey. If I am designing a character for you, it will be an additional $3. Additional Outfits are $5 each.

Stylized Characters
Characters Drawn in my personal "marshmallow" style. If you would like me to design a custom outfit, it will be an additional $3 per outfit.

Story Generation
I can produce backstories for characters or worlds. I am also willing to invent new and creative concepts for said worlds. Finished Products will be in Word Document format, although they can be formatted upon request.
- Stand-alone Backstories - $3
- Backstories that Connect with other Characters - $4 per Backstory
- World-building Backstories (i.e. of a city, town, planet, etc) - $7
